We love Jack in the Box. My daughters special needs son is a picky eater and Jack’s anything any time menu makes life simple when their on the go.
At 5:30 am when anyone else is open and serving only breakfast, we sought out Jack so this little guy could have his chicken wrap with lots of pickles. Best clown in town.

20 minutes for my order, it was cold. 1 bathroom unstocked paper all over the floor, no toilet paper left, wasn’t replaced the 30 minutes I was there and let them know. Dining room dirty like it hadn’t been swept for a day with food crumbs all over. Area felt unsafe with people screaming and shouting and punching the air. Couldn’t get out of there quick enough.

This jack in the box always messes something up I swear. I don’t typically write reviews but please make sure you guys check your items before leaving if you order from this location the staff is always busy yapping it up with each other that they forget to add your whole order. Even if you dine in they either forget to add an item or they completely mess it up. I’ve noticed that they’re always too busy cracking jokes with each other or just gossiping that they mess up a lot of orders not just mine. There hasn’t been a single time when I order and there’s been no issues there’s always something missing and at first i get it mistakes happen but it’s everytime I go in and I’ve seen it happen to others, I should take my own advice and stop going here because the staff is so unprofessional.

I bought a jacks munchie meal for 12$-13.11$ after taxes and I was charged 16.39$. I called a couple Jack in the boxes near the area and they said that the byo meal deal is still 12$-13.11$ after taxes. I’m not too happy with being overcharged.

I ran in the Jack in the box for my lunch break didn’t have time to be lolligagin they made my breakfast croissant quick and fast while using awesome customer service excellent sandwich every time I order i get same thing who ever prepares the breakfeast sandwiches there toasted my croissant with perfectly evenly toasty and it was put together nicely thanks for that

I love jack i really do they have great fast food, HOWEVER this location is honestly not the best. The past 3 times ive gone they charged me for a large and have given me a medium and have refused to give me a refund or the correct drink. If they had let me know in advance they have run out of large cups it wouldnt have been a big deal i would’ve simply changed to a small or medium. They are quick to be defensive when you say something its gotten to the point i no longer want to get my food here and instead go to carls across the street. It isnt hard to issue a refund and charge the correct amount or to simply say im sorry and get the correct cup. Ive worked in food service it shouldnt be this difficult. They are also very combative when i asked i always ask nicely because i know how much food service can drain you mentally.

I always go by Jack in the box cuz they’re burgers with fresh lettuce are better I think than others. Today the french fries were cold and the hamburger was like smashed with limpy lettuce really not good it could have busted my whole Jack in the box love
