I’m always courteous, respectful and thankful to our hard working restaurant workers; I for one never received my receipt nor offered my proof of purchase. I assumed it was in the bag. After doing nearly $30 at Jack in the crack i asked for taco sauce with my 5 orders of tacos, order of mini tacos and two ranches I was rudely told you, “just do you know we charge for them” rolled eyes and didn’t give me an opportunity to pay or ask any questions…
While aggressively giving my bag after stuffed bag as she watched me put them down on my passenger seat, she continued to half way hold the last bag. I kindly asked, is there taco sauce, and the ranch? She said yes…
I get home to make matters worse, i didn’t even order fries or a burger and she instead gave me ketchup mostly instead of a free taco sauces!

Horrible place!!! Beware! Do not come here! The food had a terrible taste of chemicals that lasted in our mouths for several hours. We tried calling to let them know about the taste of the food and the workers would pick up the phone pretending they were the answering machine. Several times they would pick up the phone and hang up. When I tried calling again, one guy said they were really busy and hung up. I will be calling corporate!!!!

Shrinkflation .. unbelievable! I thought there was a standard, at least minimum, on the amount of food that every Jack in the Box serves to their customers. I have been to other locations and never was given this miniscule amount of food.
Additionally, I noticed that you’re not allowed refills for your soda. I didn’t get the combo since I ordered to-go but hell, the self serve vending was locked. So be warned! I’m sure the gas station across the parking lot has better pricing on soda!

Good food and clean place. Had some issues with the app they weren’t too helpful about though. Ended up paying cash and couldn’t use rewards which is frustrating.

People here are rude as hell. The lady in the drive through doesn’t even take orders properly then she cuts you off, as you’re still trying to freaking order and gives you your total and then they don’t even answer their phones there when you’re trying to call never met so many rude people in my life. Also Maria J rudest woman ever. Hopefully corporate will contact me soon because that chick is getting a compliment and so is this restaurant.

The dining room hours state that they close at midnight. I arrived before midnight and the doors were locked. I waited in the drive through line on foot to be denied by the staff and on call manager. I’m traveling from outta town and just wanted some food walking distance from my hotel. This was ridiculous, I even told the manager that I was present before midnight at the door and it was locked.
