Jack in box in on Bristol civic had a issues with a envious fryer blonde dyed hair always treating me bad and last time I went it was only her a guy on burger and drive thru. Cause I am blonde and American and she’s obviously Mexican I was ignored when trying to buy food for me and 2 homeless people. Ended up paying 18 chips etc at liquor store cause they didn’t want to help me and ignored me. Im apauled and tired of being disrespected cause I am blonde and American. But they went to far that day refusing me service for nothing I did and of course store doesn’t answer listed number neither can you get a hold of a manger. months been dealing with this . The Jack in the box from Bristol and civic center has the worst service it was horrible I went to get my kid food and they said they weren’t accepting cash only card. As I was leaving the cashier told me that she would let me pay with cash but I wouldn’t get my change back and only the dollars bills. I said it was fine and after waiting for about half an hour my order was called and I went to go pay I gave her 50 dollars and she tried passing them through the device it wouldn’t work, any bill I would give her was rejecting by the machine. I asked if there was any other way to check the bill and she said no. She told me that she wasn’t going to sell me the food because the machine she was using didn’t work. I waited for half an hour with horrible customer service but I overlooked it just to get my kid something to eat and ended up with nothing. They refused to sell me the food or find any other alternative. I didn’t have my card on me so paying with it wasn’t a choice. I went to another restaurant and with that fifty dollar bill that wouldn’t go through in jack in the box I payed with, in McDonald’s it went through…

Claim to be open 24hours they aren’t. They have a “system update” at around 4:00 am to 4:30 am but if u show up around 5 they employees still aren’t working. We drove to multiple ones that said they were open and we’re all closed nobody bothered to answer when speaking on the machine to order . I’m assuming it’s all the 24hour ones. Beware before you waste gas and drive around for no reason.

Well…one of my favorites at Jack in the Box are the tacos, they are THE BEST! However, I was pretty disappointed in the tacos at this location, they were not hot nor as well filled with ingredients as most locations. Also the drive thru service was so slo-o-ow. I really was surprised as it was later in the evening with only one vehicle in front of us. Oh well, there are lots of other locations. Won’t go to this one again.

From a 4 star to -1. The evening staff should not be allowed to work in the customer service area. They are very rude, get the food order wrong and then want to overcharge for the wrong order. And to top it off, I believe the rudest employee there is the manager of the store. And it is not the first time I’ve had this kind of experience with the same person, and I’m not the only one who has the same experience at this location as well. Jack? Who is doing your hiring at that store??? You really need to handle this situation before you lose your customers.

Numerous complaints about these employees and I’m not surprised…I just had the most inept cashier struggle with the terminal, plus she charged my card and I didn’t receive a single item! My bank account shows “Jack In The Box”…
