I’ve been coming to this Jack in the box for years, but I’ll keep my review relevant for the last few visits. Overall the food is usually always good and they are consistent here. Plenty of options on the menu and the staff is usually receptive to customizing options. My primary complaint is the inconsistencies on staff as of late. Sometimes I go and have this guy who is super efficient, friendly, and takes care of business. Other times I go I have a girl help me that is efficient but seems to not have much patience which makes ordering a little intense. Other times I get a teenager who apparently never learned manners. Nothing like being handed a bag of food followed by “Here” and not “Thank you”. Otherwise this is still my go to jack in the box. Breakfast sandwiches I get the egg is usually not very appetizing.

I ordered via the app – 6 supreme sourdough breakfast sandwiches for my team. I manage a business 1/4 mile away, I get to my store and have a quick huddle to start the day and begin to hand out a quick breakfast snack… I was shorted 1 sandwich!! I called the restaurant to the number that was provided online, but nobody answered nor returned my call.
I filed a complaint on the app for a simple refund of 1 sandwich to which I was told the owner of the business would reach out to me. . . . Nothing yet!!
Forget the money, just BE BETTER!!! We depend on your staff to be correct when we order as you do the same when you go out to other restaurants.
