Very rude lady Celia, who works to drive-through. I asked if they could put whipped cream on the coffee. It’s never been a problem before and then when I went to pay, I asked her if she was able to put whipped cream on there. She’s saying well, we don’t do that only for shakes. I’ve always gotten whip cream with my iced coffee at this location or Oceanside. It’s never been a problem. Very rude disrespectful I just call it plain laziness. The service at this location is just terrible. Definitely I rated them one star for their service.

Of all Jack in the Boxes this is one of the best!! Not only is a food fresh and good the service is terrific! For people who get paid min wage or close to it, they dont allow that to dictate how nice they are!!! They were not only professional and courteous, but always had a smile!! They keep everything clean and the restrooms are unisex. Great fast food place!!

Just stopped into try the Smashed Burger after seeing a commercial. It was excellent! Did a drive thru and then stopped in the car to eat. It was nice and hot and the flavors were wonderful. Loved the grilled onions and pickles! This is a must try. I Loved it.!

This place is absolutely horrible !!!! Went through the drive-through and the lady told me to smile. I thought that was very rude considering I was perfectly fine. I don’t know what her problem is and I don’t need to smile if I don’t want to smile I just wanna get my food and go I thought that is not a appropriate thing to be telling people what to do. This should be reported to corporate and will be. … I don’t think that somebody that is a manager that is working. The drive-through should be telling somebody to smile or how to act.

Went to Jack In The Box this morning for breakfast. Ordered 2 Supreme Croissant sandwiches and 1 hash browns – to go. The croissants were stale and hard. The hash browns were cold. If this had been my first experience with Jack In The Box, it would have been my last. At this point, not sure when or even if we will return. On a scale of 1 to 10, this food quality was a 1.

Originally gave this location a searing 1 star review. Then a 4 star. But they’re going back down to a 3 star. They just really can’t seem to get it together here.
The closing manager with the raspy voice, it’s like he hates customers. And the morning crew just doesn’t seem to know how to cook anything fried without it being completely soaked in grease and dripping out the bag. It’s awful. I’m gagging just thinking about it. How does anyone with eyes allow fried foods to be served with that much oil? It’s like they cooked it in oil that wasn’t hot enough, for longer, and didn’t drain it. Absolutely disgusting. Jack in the box used to be one of the better fast food chains, I guess they’ve just lost all sense of quality control or something.

Worst management I’ve encountered. I’ve had to file one complaint with the BBB already and soon to be another. 3 times I have placed an order, the order had been listed as “completed” but they have either been “closed” or the “system is down”. Once or twice I can forgive, but three times with the same store ordering during business hours is too much for me. Absolutely not worth it. Go to the other locations instead. Skip this one. 0/10 would not recommend.
