I want to start this by saying I am disabled & some days are harder than others. So I will *sometimes* use the app to deliver food. I don’t like to but when I do, I still expect my order to be done right. This was not the case. When you pay the same amount for your order that you do for fees & its double the cost to have it delivered it shouldn’t come missing items. To add insult to injury, I called the location to speak with someone & the woman that answered just said okay on repeat & when I asked for a manager she hung up. This place is less than a quarter mile from my home. It’s very upsetting they can’t be trusted to assemble a sandwich as it is supposed to be made per their menu standards. I didn’t even ask for any customizations through my whole order.

I thought the saying is they don’t make it till you order it. My burger was soggy and the bun was flat. Did not taste any better but it was late and I tried to not post this but oh well. I was not satisfied.

The Box’s food has been and always will be fantastic. The staff is nice and the store is usually pretty clean. 1 negative that I have is this last time I went this store it was raining for quite a while. I ordered my normal, which is the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger, Seasoned Curly Fries, and a small soda. The only disappointment that I had was the restrooms were closed and taped off. I’ll definitely will return soon.

EDIT: if I were comparing it to other “fast food” places you’d get 5 stars, but my comparisons are based on my over all lifetime experiences! However, the person at the counter was very nice, which is kind of a rarity these days.

Came through drive thru and was greeted promptly. My order was repeated back to me. I was given my correct change . All my order was in the bags. And it was out under 3 min . the experience was mistake free. It was what I expected. You get the 5th star when you go above and beyond my expectation

I No longer eat Any of their burgers, because they are Pre-cooked. To me, thats charging me for Leftovers. I can do that at home, for Free. Its already, wasted fake food that taste yummy but I will No longer be paying Full fast food prices, for Pre-cooked & stored food. Fast food, started out & stayed Real til the 70’s. IT is in the outhouse Tom there. So, Eat At Home!!
