I came here to pick up my drive-thru order, but I found the staff disrespectful. I even witnessed something: they refused to let a cyclist who came to pick up his order into the drive-thru area. It was evening, and they refused to give the cyclist his order, even though he genuinely wanted to eat. This is unacceptable…

This is one of the worst ran Jack-in-Boxes I have ever been to and it hasn’t been a one time issue. I live local and this is my local JIB, so I have tried it multiple times in hopes that the service improves. It has not. If you request something special, like no cheese, they will not get it right. There is also something wrong with their soda machine as all of their drinks taste like club soda with a little flavor. The food is standard JIB food, but the staff is very poorly trained; if trained at all. I don’t blame the staff, I think this is an ownership issue as it is not one staff member, it is all of them. The owner needs to make sure they are trained correctly. JIB should really look at getting another franchisee that can handle this job as it is in a prime location. The next closest JIB is on Harbor just south of Fair. They are much better. Good luck and remember, you vote with your dollar.

Good location for a fast food place; near a busy intersection and with lots of natural light coming through the windows and small palm trees outside giving a little touch of green to the view. Came at 6pm and no waiting to order inside and only took a couple of minutes for my order to be ready; perfect timing for me to quickly use the restroom (and wash hands, of course!). Most customers probably ordered through the drive-thru, as I only saw one family and a few individuals come into the restaurant to order while I was there (and they all ordered to go!). Food was consistent with what you would expect from a Jack in the Box. I ordered the Jumbo Jack Combo, no upsizing. Fries were crispy without being burnt and lightly salted – perfect for me. Freestyle soda machine meant I could get whatever flavor drink I preferred and could refill as often as I wanted. Si solo habla español, no problema; los trabajadores hablan español y inglés. WiFi worked well; the Jacks Guest WiFi is free and worked well enough to stream a video. Music was playing in the restaurant; pleasant and not too loud.

This J.I.B. is doing a good job. Store is clean and the people working have good attitudes and are WELL TRAINED. the food is what you expect. I’m impressed with this location. I like to put ketchup on top of Ranch dipping and. DIP MY FRENCH FRIES IN IT !

Worst Jack in the box ever I orders a Jack wrap with no cheese I was allergic to cheese the guy at 3:30 AM didn’t not get my order right and added cheese I also ordered jalapeños poppers and got chicken nuggets instead ridiculous we go every time the always mess up my order and have additude for no reason never give me sauces or anything terrible place and if there is a guy working in the morning from 1:00 AM -5AM he is not nice always rude and make u wait 15 min for your food
