Kinda gave up on Jack for awhile, this location however was a pleasant surprise, hit the drive thru for some tacos, onion rings and bacon cheddar wedges (well it’s been so long they dont do those anymore, haha). The girl at the window was kind and courteous and whoever was working the fryer did a great job, my tacos had a nice ammount of lettuce, cold ranch to dip those tasty rings in, good job!

Great place… clean when I visited on December 26, 2022 to pick up my order. Is that we’re friendly, counters were clean, path and clean. I feel safe eating at this location from my health wise perspective due to the appearances be a little bit of dirt it is, but this is something that is expected at establishment like this

I have my 81 year old severely handicap mother and three small children, the youngest being 3. Would not let us use the bathroom not because of safety but because an employee let someone use the bathroom. What kind of humanity does Jack in the Box have? I had to find a place that was cheap and safe to wait for my kid to finish with an event in town. This location was just the place. Food was fresh, drink cold and lobby and seating wonderful.

Great food but I was insulted and disappointed with the label in Big Bear Lake City – Jack in the box. Discrimination is acceptable in their franchise business. I don’t know with other franchise locations if they have the same motto placed close to the counter. See the picture I took. Hope no discrimination. I supposed not to buy food in Jack in the Box Big Bear city location but no other option based on our budget. Hope service is rendered to everyone.
