Nightmare, no onion rings, no large fry containers guy tells me when I try that route. No cheesecake. All of this told after I placed my order and got to the drive Thur window to pay. Then TACOS so under cooked inedible when I drive 2 miles home.. Sadly I left this same review on the wrong jack site earlier. Kid at window tried to blame a coworker even though I wasn’t upset, for not telling me when I ordered BUT it was him. Won’t be back. Do better. Your star reviews are bad, wonder why? Ownership must not care much. Sad as I just moved to the area.

Server: friendly, beautiful smile, a great listener.
Downside: There seems to have been a slighted hand in applying our two $1 coupon. We ordered two #3 combo, totaling $24, minus $2 (coupon) should bring the bill down to $22. Instead, the bill was $26 , so figure it out. Cashier said the “tax” brought the bill to $26. This I do not believe.

Drive thru experience very friendly. They gave me enough sauces for my items. Also, they didn’t have a menu item such as chicken patties and they suggested a different thing. It turned out to be amazing. Good service and Jack in the Box foods have really changed to be tasty for fast food.

It was really surprising, but I found their lowest priced burger to be superior to McDonald’s. Nice mix of ingredients all of which you could taste. Except for their “Big Mac,” McDonald’s hamburgers lack a specific taste.

Went in this morning for a breakfast and it was the best I’ve ever had at any Jack in the box location! I have been going every Sunday morning this month at around 9am and it seems at that time they have the best cook! Got a sausage crossiant and the bread was so fluffy and the egg was perfectly done and very fresh.

They’re always messing my order up. I can tell you it’s not just a fluke. It’s been the last five time’s they shouldn’t have that many problem.i I could only imagine how many quarters they messed up a day make you really wonder. It’s not like I place a special order. I just order very simply something off of the regular menu. Or sometimes I pre-order. And with the pre-order you would think that they would have enough time to figure it out but they still get it wrong then you have to go through the line again and wait so your food gets cold or you can choose to go home and come back out another time which that defeats the whole aspect of you pulling and getting what you want. Very very annoying for the loss of time and frustration that they give I don’t know I think that they should be giving some kind of free something or coupons or I don’t know, to compensate for ones time and and for the inconvenience.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!! What used to be the best Jack in town is now becoming one of the worst. Lately, this location is pulling every car around and having everyone wait. Why have a drive-thru if you’re going to park everyone. When I did get my food, my chicken was dry & stale… This location used to be decent, but not anymore. Hopefully, this saves someone else from wasting their time.

Walked in and stood at counter for over 30sec with 3 employees standing there and not 1 acknowledged me then when 1 did all they said was what can I get for you. 2 of the 3 had team leader on their badges very unacceptable customer service.
