Service was excellent everyone was very attentive food came out quick and it was nice and fresh. The restaurant was a kind of dirty not too many clean tables to set up. But we were able to find some. The bathrooms were also very dirty. That is why I gave it a low rating on the atmosphere

Guys, I should read reviews before placing my order, and stay away from your place…. That’s horrible. 1. The lady on the order desk made a mistake placing teriyaki chicken (#15) instead of Salad combo (#16). 2. All your tables are dirty and sticky, all of them!!! There are no people in the restaurant, what’s the problem with taking care of it? 3. Teriyaki chicken and rice are terrible tasting.

If you had to pick, just don’t come to this one unless you know when a good staff member is on duty because i dont know if it’s the new hires or something but I had a encounter where I felt one chasier was showing that they are fed up with me when I had some small complications with my debt card so I just payed with cash and when I got my change they gave me a large corner rip 10 dollar bill and we asked for a different one and they said they couldn’t open the register again and said it was find but the bill wouldn’t work for me to use on vending machines making me have some other complications when I went to a local store to have it changed. Showed up to the drive thru at 10:45 pmand they inform they dont have fries, lettuce, ice cream shakes and I forgot what else…and they threw in cold food mixed with hot food in the same bag… Just close the place down already.

Horrible service the tacos have nothing in them, loaded taco were plain with no cHesse no bacon, the workers didn’t attend us well in the drive thru I had to melt cheese for my tiny tacos when I got home

Sometimes the employees have a little bit of negativity or judgment against certain patrons that come in for example: the less fortunate or the homeless that come and spend their money just like everybody else. I’ve noticed this attitude towards certain patrons on multiple ocations visiting this Jack in the box. I myself have been in that same boat in my life and to be treated LESS THAN at a fast food restaurant is ridiculous. They are human beings just like the rest of us and deserve respect specially if they show nothing but kindness and respect towards everybody else.
