Ordered two sausage croissant and one had the contents at bottom of bag, not in box in between bread. Egg portion had red stain like blood almost. The other sausage croissant (got the promo 2/$4.99) had a white looking hair or object on it. Didn’t eat any of the food bc it looked like a health risk, especially the red stain on the egg.

It came with lettuce, tomato, and some mayo. It was ok in the absence of other burger joints locally closed due to Memorial Day. I was in my car, so the atmosphere was off the chain!

I spent almost 70$ on 5 combos and 2 jalapeno poppers they gavee stale old fries that were cold for all 5 combos I waited for over 15 min parked. For my order the burgers were all cold and two were soggy in one of the burgers there was a whole onion top in it not even cut the only thing that was decent was the jalapeno poppers when I called to complaining they said they couldn’t help me there was no manager on site at all because t until the following day they did not give me a refund or replace my food this place seriously needs to be checked by the food and health and safety departments ,my food should have been automatically replaced with my receipt but it wasn’t .this is the worst place I’ve are ever .The employees don’t know what they are doing and are left by themselves no one is checking the quality of the food. Do not eat here

They are slow, my order is incorrect like 90% of the time, a couple of their employees are very nice and friendly, but make sure you check your order or you will be driving back to correct your order

Ordered #26 the Loaded Breakfast sandwich. I asked for no cheese, however there wasn’t any bacon or sausage pattie on it either.. Just 2 eggs and a slice of ham. There was no mention made, while ordering, of not having any bacon or sausage available.. I went to the drive- thru and couldn’t return, as I was pressed for time. I WAS CHARGED FULL PRICE, TOO! $9.29 ! How ridiculous and unfair was that. If I had been told that both meats were unavailable, I’d have been inclined to buy something else. Let’s start by saying their new boneless wings were dry as hell. Look at it, and LOOK AT IT. Where is the sauce, man. I had to wait 10-15 mins for my fish and chicken. And I get this?! The fish sandwich was good, just the wings had nothing on it.

NO SENSE of urgency that the Customer Food is sitting getting cold as you take care of the drive thru. WHEN you have a driv thru employee send her to hand out customer waiting outside. Had to return because my order was wrong. I also paid for 2 extra hashbrowns and the cashier was very rude and when I got home my bag was full of oil and when I took a bite of my hashbrown it was so old and hard not only was the food bad but her attitude was horrible you guys should train your employees especially because i had to return because a mistake they made.
