Honestly the worst jack in the box I have been to. I live local and decided to try this place again in over a year since my food is usually Luke warm or stale. So today I went again ordered a double smash burger and a cluck combo. When I got home with the food for me and my kids, both sandwiches have no pickles and my burger was a single but I was charged fir a double the fries are old, hard and stale. I am so sick of this place management needs to step it up. $31 for 2 meals and some chicken nuggets which were definitely soggy is definitely not worth it this location should close or get way better management. Horrible service in my opinion. Customer should be notified if they aren’t getting what they ordered

Went to try the new ‘Cheddar Loaded Cheeseburger’… what a mistake !! Was put on a jumbo jack bun… “ran out of the Cheddar buns”, no tomato…. “we ran out of tomatoes” and put on the tiny hamburger patties… no excuse !! Oh… and the fries were cold and hard !! The worst Jack in the Box we have ever been too !!

Disgusting! It actually tasted spoiled! These egg rolls should never have been sold to a customer! This JITB is horrible, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but nope. They need a new owner, staff, and NEW FOOD SUPPLY! Ugh! I’m just disappointed, I love JITB egg rolls, but every time I get them here, they suck and they always forget the sauce (I had to call my delivery driver to have him ask for the sauce AGAIN, but they could have kept all of it!)

Jack in the box I love you. However this one is absolutely disgusting. They gave me a burger with tomatoes even tho I asked for no tomatoes. That’s not the worst part though. I long time ago I had an issue with mice so I know what it looks like when mice chew on bread. And guess what. My burger had been chewed on by mice. Don’t believe check out the picture. I will still be going to jack in the box. Just never ever will I visit this one again.
