This Jack in the box is the worst . Every time I have been here always a problem so this definitely has to be the last time. Better off driving the distance to get your order right. The tacos I ordered were horrible and the fries were old .Jack in the box do better . No meat in the taco .

Clean restaurant, food as expected. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Manager did not take orders, only drive thru customers get any service. Everything self servce. Be careful on the KIOSK SELF SERVICE. It is designed.to cheat you, it is defaulted to make everything large at an extra cost. Shady business practices.

I rated so low they look to be a new building they have the old soda machine and limited selection for drinks also they are constantly getting the online orders wrong which is hard to believe I eat here almost every morning I am not going to be coming to this location anymore the Jack in the box on 30th street has the better soda machine and they have not gotten my order wrong yet

I don’t know who you guys had working this night at 11 PM but the food was horrible. The fries tasted like the oil hasn’t been changed all week, the burger was burnt, the guy with make up seemed upset. I added a chicken sandwich. i’m a lifelong customer and I normally don’t complain, but tonight was horrible. I went to McDonald’s instead and threw away the food.$50 worth

I had the worse experience at this jack in the box on Tuesday around 2:30 the manager asked me to take the order on the kiosk machine first of all I dont work there so why am I taking my own order the manager rosy was very rude and kept telling me to take the order on the kiosk im very disappointed I will never be going back there.

went on a late for some munchies for the fam and VERONICA gave me the best customer service! i literally have never interacted with a fastfood window worker so smoothly and quick as ever. mind you it was an order of 5 combos with all meals being personalized and she understood and managed to work quickly even though she was the only one there that night! Gracias Veronica! she was very attentive and kind, love ittttttt!!!
