I have lived in the area for 43 years. A couple of weeks ago my brother and I went inside to this particular Jack In The Box. The floors were dirty, and so were the tables. I asked one of the employees if I could have a damp towel to wipe off one of the tables, and they obliged . I then returned to the counter and was greeted by the cashier . She had a stern look on her face, I said hello, and I swear to you all – she just looked at me – motionless.
I placed my order which was 2 Jumbo Jack combo’s with ice tea. When my order was up she handed me my food and didn’t say anything, and with zero facial expression. I placed our food on the table, then returned to the counter, asked for our ice tea’s, she turned around, went near the drive-thru window, made the drinks, then handed them to me once again without saying a word. Although I do blame her for being socially awkward, I also blame the Jack In The Box franchise owner for not evaluating / interviewing their staff better. I realize that we live in different times, kids aren’t as friendly and social as we were decades ago, but something has to change.
My first job was was at the Jack In The Box in Indian Hills. If I greeted customers without a friendly smile , I would of been fired immediately.

I’m so unsatisfied with this jack!!! My food is always cold what’s so hard on having the food made fresh. Hate this place rather starve. Always having issues with this Jack. Old fries just trash.

Ordered my usual vanilla shake. This time it had a yellow tinge to it.
Rather than go back and complain I went with it but I know this is not the normal taste or look of a Jack shake. Being a truck driver we do at times even eat 3 day old pizza. I hope they continue to do quality checks. Presentation is everything.

The graveyard shift lady there is great. I’ve gone here twice at 2:00 am because of some early morning work, and she’s always happy, polite, and fast.
Great fresh hot food, and fills the drinks properly. Didn’t even get a regular fry in my curly fries lol

I’ve been coming here for about ten years! Always great service, and never did have to wait as long for my food unlike other Jack n the box. Because they seem like the take care of the drive though first! Not the case hear!

UPDATE 2/20/24: This Jack in the box should really change their times or keep true to them. Once again I came for a late night snack and they were closed with people inside. Once again I went to the Jack in the box in Ben Nevis and got attended. Just go to Ben Nevis they actually care about their customers.

Showed up at 6am on the dot yesterday morning and they told me they were closed. Yet on here it says the drive thru its open 24 hours. And not even open at 6am like it says the dining should be. What is wrong with you people? Do you not know how to tell time?
