Unbelievable absolutely ridiculous for a fast food place just take it down build a McDonalds at least they have what they advertise “monster munchie meals” are exercising the invisible man literally no where to be found waited in the drive thru more then 47 mins longest line I’ve ever seen probably longer then in and outs lines and just to be greeted with at the menu with “no we don’t have that or don’t sell that anymore” whoever invested in this building is losing paying customers! I’m so done with this jack in the box on van buren I rather go to the one on caljaco quick and efficient and guess what they are never missing anything and the food quality is 10x better then this stale dry food.

My Daughter went threw the drive thru had a horrible experience spent more then $60 for me and my kids it was a disappointment to see that I was missing items and not to mention the inconvenience of driving back to pickup the food . The way they wrapped there Burger’s and it looked like the team members there just threw the food in the bag spilled everything including the fries my daughter had to wait for the order more them 10 minutes the first time because it was a big order but u would expect to get fresh warm food it was stale like it was sitting there for a while and so we went back to pick up the missing items and Ashley the team leader had us wait again for the food while we were waiting the staff there were laughing in the kitchen as if they were purposely making us wait for our food very unprofessional which I feel like they should be trained better and understand we pay for our food we deserve better customer services hope no goes threw this experience that I went threw it’s very unpleasant Jack in the Box loss my Business.. And I would always spend more then $60 to $100 in food with them made me think maybe I shouldn’t throw my money away to them anymore .

stop by today, July 30 at 9:45 PM and the doors were already closed yet. The dining closes at 10 PM so I get it trying to save labor not even that just laziness missed out on sales so won’t be coming back to the Jack-in-the-Box soon I will be going to Farmer boys and In-N-Out.

Gotta try the FOOD TRUCK SANDWICH! I’ve tried all 3 and believe me it’s pretty good. But!.. This one time… smh. It didn’t taste the same. The bread was falling apart meat tasted dry couldn’t taste the sauce.

Worst food ever! The spicy jack chicken sandwich was stale and gross. The curly fries and the onion rings tasted like fish. It was like the oil was old. Never will eat there again. The service in the drive thru was good.
