Jack in the box going around for a long time.. the original tacos apparently are still made out of the same thing because they taste the same …. And I’m glad to see that their customer service depended on location, is usually pretty good!

Don’t just check your bags before you leave. Check the burger in the box. Ordered the Swiss burger and it had no cheese no sauce just a dry old plain burger.

I came here Thursday night around 11pm and I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich was fresh and crunchy and spicy— it was delicious. The chicken was actually so thick that I was having trouble taking a whole bite of it. My curly fries were fresh and crunchy and delicious. My coke was perfect too. I literally got my order and food within a few minutes. I will definitely make this my to-go Jack in the box when I’m going by the 215.

This is the second time I stopped this week to purchase a pita. The first time the lettuce looked funky but I didn’t bother taking it out to because I was starving. Today I bought a combo, my fries were exactly how I wanted them and the service was fast but my pita was a disappointment. I get the whole fast food restaurant dynamic but I doubt the cooks would eat the lettuce I was served. I tried calling the store to let them know and it gave me some odd message saying that I need it to dial an area code? Mind you Google already does that when calling a business. Also I did not get a receipt for my order.

Went to the drive thru had to park in front cause of rush hour…. then they brought out flat sodas then asked us to go inside to refill it. We went thru the drive thru cause we didn’t want to get down to go inside . The food was decent the place was clean and not even busy. 1 star all round for trouble service.

Walked in and it smelled like sewage. A customer asked to use the restroom and I saw a shift manager shout, “Can you give me a second?!”

everytime i go at night to get a teriyaki bowl the same lady messes up my order and gives me the wrong item and she gives an attitude of me being in the wrong when i been going there for a while and order the same thing but she’s been there a few weeks and blames me when i never had an issue with anyone else , i won’t be going anymore there
