Lol. So, There’s this one young broad with glasses & all these tattoos on her that I’m always having to be dealing with. First off idk how she’s so bad at hearing, making me repeat my entire order 3 times. & Then after we pay, she for some weird reason wants us to stay at the first window while they get our food ready, when there’s literally no one at the second window & there’s someone behind me who wants to pay already. What logic is that to be making me wait at the first window for my food, when the person behind me most likely doesn’t have all night & is tired from a long day of work? I’m tired as heck from working & school. I’m tired & hungry and I just want to go home. She sensitive too because she tried to not look mad when she was giving us our food & when we ask her for ranch she wants to use the excuse that she has to charge because it didn’t come with our meal, stating that it’s “the rules”. Like …uhm… yeah …No. That is not how that works sweetie. You’re supposed to ask if we would like sauce, not the other way around because you’re so mad that we didn’t want to wait that you want to ask for more money for something as simple as condiments/ sauces. Besides, nobody told you to move to go give us our food, you could’ve just stayed at the first window while you took payments and kept making everyone else wait. My food is at the second window, not the first window where I just pay. Not even McDonald’s or In-N-Out does that crazy weird crap, because they actually know not everyone in line has time to wait, like who even told you to be making me wait 5 minutes just to move up to the second window? Just cuz other people were willing to wait doesn’t mean I’m one of them. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. But nah she just mad we didn’t want to follow her weird logic. She even mad dogged me as I started pulling out after getting my food. Like bye-bye. Haha I’m never coming back here again. & I pray I never see that broad in real life again. (& She knows who she is). I would rather have had someone else serve me. I prefer it if someone older served me since 1. They can actually have common sense & serve me better. 2. a lot of these young people like to act like little wise / smart asses. & Seriously what’s the deal with that entrance to the drive thru?

Don’t think I will revisit this location. I went in on my way home from work. Probably the worst food I have ever had from Jack in the Box. Maybe some training is needed?
The chicken patties and tacos I had were still soaking in fryer oil. The Sprite seemed off too. I ended up throwing everything in the garbage. It was pretty awful. Wasted my money…

First time dining at Jack in the Box on Little League Dr. and boy! It is a very nice clean restaurant! Staff are amazingly courteous and friendly! I munched on my favorite Jack’s Tacos! Yum! Definitely will be coming back to this location in the future!

The service was great and fast! There was 5 cars ahead of me in the Line but it moved very quickly I forgot to ask for light ice on my soda and was shy to ask for it redone but Dalia was super kind about it and redid it no problem at all, I very much appreciate it!

The first impression is how hot it is in here. The second impression is how filthy it is. The bathroom was dirty, every single table has filth on it from old meals to sauce stains on the tables or chairs. The back in the kitchen is pretty gross too. The service wasn’t the best either. The guy who finally got to us just wasn’t understanding the order. Got the order completely mixed up on what we had wanted. There were 3 people in the immediate area who saw us then ignored us. Told us to get our own tea but then it wasn’t even out, which we had seen and stated. The drive through line was huge and honestly it’s so slow in here with so many people there’s no excuse. No one has any sense of urgency or care. The tea I ended up getting tasted like the burned bottom of the barrel and like it’s been sitting way past it’s expiration. No music or anything playing. This place is seriously lack luster.
The fries were stale and cold, the Teryaki bowl was warm but completely filled with rice and barely any veggies and meat. The spicy chicken was good and fresh though.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY IN YOUR POCKET. The worst franchise jack-in-box there is had to be this one. This place gives the impression that slum Jack in Box is the best-selling place. The staff at this franchise, especially the manager, are vindictive and extremely dishonest. They charge my card three times and I didn’t even receive my food. I was told it would be refunded in a couple days there are no excuses. Nobody could even respond to my questions when I asked them. Very terrible and disgusting experience at a restaurant that I have always gone to. I don’t think I want to go back now.

Sorry no pictures. But the staff were all amazing there service made me give them 5 stars we made ate order. And it was ready under 10 minutes. They actually brought are meal to our table. They always had someone keeping it clean! Se you all somewhere next year.

I don’t understand how there are three employees and the website says they are open but close off the inside and drive thru. It is impossible to order any time past 2am. It’s unfortunate because I work at a nearby warehouse and nothing else sounds appealing than jack from the area. I guess they are wasting money and losing customers. This is a constant problem. Don’t go after midnight.
