Jack in the Box was a pleasant surprise! The burgers here are not only visually appealing but also incredibly delicious. Every time I visit, I’m impressed not just by the food but also by the wonderful staff – kind and friendly employees always make my experience enjoyable. Definitely recommend this location!

This use to be my favorite Jack in the box besides the near Walmart on Boulder ave. The last 2 weeks the food especially the chicken items i.e the Crispy Chicken Cluck sandwich and chicken nuggets have be super over fried and burnt and cold French fries. I usually go around 1pm and if I go in the evenings it’s around 8 or 9 pm, still same food quality I got the Popcorn chicken box 50/50 but only the non spicy nuggets were edible.

The food is good and with a coupon you can’t beat the prices. The people at the drive through window may as well be replaced with automated voices as the last few times I was there they acted like they hate their jobs. They just might but if you are dealing with the public, be nice

90% of the time, they mess up on my order. And 99% of the time, they don’t give me a receipt. I usually go to drive thru. And then suggest not getting LARGE because the fries are almost never filled enough.

I wish I could put no stars At all bad customer service.When he came down so thick in the order.They were sitting like if they were rushing it to take our order.When we got to the window we tasted our drinks.The drinks were completely Flats , no flavor when we took ladies at there was no flavor Completely flat they said that.That’s how the machines are and that we were lying When they Turned around and they tried the soda They spit the soda back out into the cup.Because I told them it was flat and I told them If they could change the drink , that soda was even flat to They didn’t even try to resolve the problem from the soda’s being so flat I will never come here again.The food was cold too on top of everything
