We ordered 2 (two) Jr. Jack Jumbo Cheeseburger combos. The service was good and the staff was nice and prompt. The burger tasted bland and we really didn’t like the bun that was used on the burgers. The price was a bit high considering the taste of the burgers. The place was not clean and homeless people were moving everywhere inside of this place. Therefore, we felt insecure and left the place early.

I went last night 9/7/25 first of all the customer service was NOT there, secondly they forgot a 4 piece nugget so yes I went right back and she was giving me a hard time but I did end up getting them, thirdly I ordered some spicy wedge fries which I believed is what caused me to get food poisoning, I was throwing up all night and it’s the next night I still haven’t been able to eat anything I been nauseous all day. The wedges were cold due to me having to go back I only ate two the cheese looked nasty and I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. Just a MESS. Do better

Don’t come to this jack in a box, I’ve had multiple bad incidents here where the staff made me feel unwelcome and given me the wrong orders and food multiple times. I don’t recommend this location at all.

Was pulling up and noticed the drive-thru was packed. So I decided to go inside No one in line
Also no employees at the register. Waited a few minutes before I was helped. Ordered a jumbo Jack with cheese. Nothing else. Waited 15 minutes. Attention Jack-in-the-box Customers,
I had the worst experience at Jack-in-the-Box this morning at 3:28 AM. I ordered four meals and a few separate items, totaling $63, and guess what? They forgot one of my Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger meals! I called to let the store know and a lady named Elisa answered the phone on the other end, I let he know that I was missing one of the bacon, ultimate cheeseburger meals, she was so so adamant that she packed everything correctly. I kept telling her it was missing, but she just didn’t want to get it, she kept over talking me didn’t let me get a word in, she had to be right, she kept getting louder every time said something about the missing meal, she was very rude and unprofessional.
She even said she’d check the cameras, and prove she packed everything up, I kept repeating my order and someone In the background of jack-in-the-box said yes it was missing that meal, after all this time and This lady Elisa knowing the meal was definitely missing she told me there was nothing she could do! She couldn’t make the mail to handed to me. She couldn’t even give me a refund. She couldn’t do anything like are you serious! I was like, “How am I supposed to give everyone their meals when one person is missing their meal? That’s just not fair!” But she didn’t care at all. She said I had to deal with it in the morning with the lead supervisor and then after all this time arguing back-and-forth, she had the audacity to just hang up in my face!!!! I called back and no answer so, at this point, I was already frustrated and irritated because now I have to deal with it in the morning
I expected way better service from Jack-in-the-Box, but this lady, Elisa, should not be working the overnight shift if she can’t do her job right. It was such a frustrating experience! Because of this, one person didn’t get their meal, so no one could enjoy their meals. It’s just rude to eat in front of someone who’s missing out. I will NEVER go back to this Jack-in-the-Box location again! As long as I see this lady Elisa at the window I will keep passing,
I’ve never dealt with such trash service before, and I’m never stepping foot in that place again. If you care about your time and cash, just skip this joint. Worst service ever!

I visited this store with my husband for a late night food run. It was 10:40pm on May 9th. We ordered alot of food and were able to use coupons. The food was hot, the service was great. The young Mexican girl was super friendly and fast. This is the best Jack n box I have been too around town. I recommend
