It was the dinner rush and it went quick. I walked in to a very clean and cool dining area. Had a brief conversation with an employee on break and was leaving as a fan of 5 walked in with a 5-6 y/o boy smiling ear to ear.

This new Jack in the Box at 31525 Yucaipa Blvd is the best of its kind in this area. Staff are friendly and courteous. Most of the food is grilled. The Sourdough Jacks, Egg Rolls, and curly fries, iced coffee are my favorites. The Croissants are my morning choices. Roman the GM is a very accommodating and likeable fellow. Keep your receipts and fill them out to get a free item next time you dine here.

Just stopped by the drive thru. After midnight, all the bar folks are out, so, I honestly expected mediocre service. Not the case at all! My order was spot on, I asked for ranch and hot sauce, guy at the window said “it’s already in there”. Hadn’t even asked, and he already gave me the sauces I wanted. My sandwich was great, curly fries were fresh! Pleasantly surprised. Thank You! You guys exceeded my expectations!!!!!!

I went through the drive-thru at the jack in the box on the Yucaipa Blvd and asked for a chicken sandwich with nothing on it except mayonnaise while my boyfriend was eating hot Cheetos and the girl at the window was asking about them and asked to try one and seemed more worried about that. When I got my sandwich it was just meat and bread so I had to put my own mayonnaise on it and after doing all of that I took a bite of the sandwhich and it did not taste good at all.

Edit to add: Jack in the Box refused to refund me. Funnily enough, they asked me to do them a favor by completing a survey even though they wouldn’t refund a food safety issue and wrong items! Jack in the Box makes 1.6 BILLION dollars per year, so the fact they won’t refund customers when THEY mess up should tell you all you need to know about this place.

I was ordering drive thru at 12:30am 03/26/2023. Met this aggressive worker before, a month ago. Same guy taking my order, same time. I don’t know why he is so aggressive every time I go. Slamming his pen, slamming the drive thru window, rolling his eyes. Like he just wants to fight someone. Just every time I go to this location, he is always upset. Please do something about it before your employee gets out of hand.
