These had to be the absolute worst burgers I’ve ever had. We got a chicken sandwich, an order of loaded mini tacos, a jumbo jack and a buttery Jack. We’ve had Jack in the Box plenty of times before and know what to expect but this was so far below the already mid expectations. The only item that was as good as expected were the mini tacos. The location is convenient but definitely not worth another visit. We ordered takeout and used the kiosk so there really isn’t a rating for service, we were greeted and acknowledged upon entry. The location is newly remodeled but the booths look like they belong in a prison.

Very disappointed since the new remodel. The employees are rude. And this time she dropped the soda all over my car when she handed it to me through the drive thru. Then she gave me 2 napkins to clean up soda. Once I got home I took out my kids meals and 1 of the fries barely had any. I’m very disappointed.

This new Jack in the Box at 31525 Yucaipa Blvd is the best of its kind in this area. Staff are friendly and courteous. Most of the food is grilled. The Sourdough Jacks, Egg Rolls, and curly fries, iced coffee are my favorites. The Croissants are my morning choices. Roman the GM is a very accommodating and likeable fellow. Keep your receipts and fill them out to get a free item next time you dine here.

Dirty place. No toilet paper or seat covers in bathroom. They don’t use the sanitization buckets. Leaving coffee milk product out for WAY to long. They dont understand cooling times, telling me they have 6 hours to cool it outside the fridge. That will definitely make people sick. They served five drive thru orders before my foodmwas even started. They were out of multiple menu items. Broken front door. Dirty dining room floor, windows and tables. I was ignored at the cash register for almost five minutes while asking for help. They all had headsets on and couldn’t hear me. One guy heard me, looked at me then walked away. The independent owners (not a franchise) need to hire better managers!

UPDATE: As of 7-24-24 This location is currently closed for a complete restaurant re-model and will be re-opening again -check to be sure they are in operation again!

I really want to appreciate this business being torn down & rebuilt better. Sadly I have now been thru the drive thru half a dozen times. First visit, what is taking them so long, there’s two cars including mine. 2nd – 5th time, same. Now with just myself in line when I pulled up, I was told to park & wait, another car was told the same when they went thru & parked next to me. Waited 12 mins total to get eggrolls & a jr cheeseburger. The drive thru & parking & employees were all better than this new rebuild.
Looks like this issue has improved. I’ve gotten thru in a normal amount of time. Food is good as well, upgrading to 4****.
