I wanted to share my experience with this location. Yesterday I visited this location during their morning rush unaware that they had a promotion and that’s why there was long lines. I decided to get off and was greeted by 3 lovely ladies. Paulina attend me took my order and notified me that some of the item I ordered where not available and offered substitutions. I give a lot a credit as it was only 3 of them and a long line of at lest 7 cars. All ladies where professional and courteous. That handled the chaos well.

I am very disappointed with the way I was treated at this location, I ordered some food and when I asked for a water cup which I didn’t think it was a big deal, the clerk Dayamit S seemed angry and started yelling at me to “next time order the water at the window.” That is no way to talk to customers, she needs customer service training or a different job. I was with my family so I did not say anything, it was very unprofessional I felt the need to leave a review to let others know.

it’s usually good today at 7pm idk what happened.. my chicken sandwich was super dry and hard couldnt eat it,, my curly fries were also super hard.. I got the fries and they made noise as I banged them on the table I mean it made me mad but also laugh… and I didn’t eat much so I guess it helped me consume less calories ♀️ since only like 30% of the meal was edible.. upset I wasted money and time but , it’s usually good..idk what Happened today.

The one most thing I hate is eating my food without condiments. I specifically asked If I can get my condiments now before I would drive to wait in the front for the rest of my order. She said no she was going to put it in the bag. Well I got my food and left and no condiments. Food dry dry now and cold.
