On two different occasions something was missing from my order. This time (3rd) I got a meal for my lady and myself, I had to return because half the order was missing. Imagine driving back to get the food they forgot to give you, then purchasing more food to correct the incorrect order. This was 2 sets of two tacos then denied a drink refill. But the worse part is this isn’t the first time somethings been missing from my order that I’ve paid for. If you order here you’re literally throwing your money away.

This jack in the Box was a complete disaster. When I walked in there wasn’t no one to be found at the front counter so I went to the bathroom and it was a Wreck, and what made it so unacceptable, they just opened, so I got there at 6:20am; so that means they never clean up the bathrooms ever, and perhaps the table neither. I was the only person there and it took 20min to get my food. Terrible!!!

I went through the drive-through this morning and I have to say the kid working (I believe his name was Justin) was absolutely wonderful. He was very polite and my order was absolutely correct down to the extra napkins I requested. I hope he sticks around because you don’t find good customer service like that anymore.

I give them a zero if I could Not only did they get the order wrong they refused to correct it stating we got what we paid for. The employees took our order repeated it back to us several times so we thought we got what we asked for. Got home instead of loaded tiny tacos go regular tiny tacos. We were Not given a receipt. Instead of fixing the problem the employees refuse to do anything stating we ordered tiny tacos not loaded tiny tacos. I don’t know what has happened to customer service but these employees lack any care for the patron. I will never go back to Jack in the Box again because obviously they don’t care about customers
