I had a great experience at the Jack’s in Redlands,California on Wabash Ave.
So convenient-directly across from the Fitness 19 shopping center and near by Stater Bros Market.
Friendly servers,fast drive through service and all the fave Jack In the Box items-I had a couple of jr. cheese burgers with lettuce and tomatoe and an order of Jack’s tasty tacos .
Sparkling clean restaurant,booths and bathrooms-free wifi too! What’s not to like?

We tried to order the 2 for $5 sausage croissant thing. We did it wrong because the app is difficult and we don’t usually use it. So we only got one for $5. The guy at the window said nothing we can do. I said you can’t just make another one? No. They got a manager who did nothing but take the sandwich back and threw the $6 at us. Literally this guy opens the register and threw $6 at us. It’s not even $6 it’s $4 so thanks for the extra money but wow awful awful customer service.

Went threw drive through. Wait an hour to receive my order. When I received my meal it wasn’t even cooked threw and was cut Pieces and threw in a box. This does not look like chicken strip tenders. Recorded videos of the staff screwing around inside the store and even witness and employee lick The customer shake and put the lid on it and place it to the side to be given to the customer. Gross!

Do not order the Double Bonus Jack! $5.29 for the size of a kids burger with an extra patty (the size of a jr jumbo jack)…tiny, smashed and looking just sad. Not the workers fault(it’s marketing) but it was bad…just spend the extra .20c and get a full size Jumbo Jack.

Much needed management. Waited some time to be helped. Got the order to go. When I got home, I noticed a crack in my cup and leaking. I know whoever made it knew it was there because they tried patching it up with stickers. Last, I found a small fly in one of the tacos.

Food was tasty! Sourdough burger and an Ultimate Bacon Burger only they forgot the bacon! Had to go back (we dined in) and ask. Glad we weren’t on the road. Took a while longer than usual. Not a whole lot of customers. Clean and modern decor. The 1 small combo and 1 medium combo was $30!! Sad face.

My family and I waited with anticipation for this location to finally open up (along with everyone else in the area) and we finally got to stop by and try the food. I have to say, having McDonald’s right across the street, maybe we had too high of expectations for this place to be just as good as their neighbors… but I’ve had better tasting food from the Jack in the Box’s in San Bernardino! This location may be new and pretty, but their employees are not friendly, and their food is not fresh! And although they had about 10ish+ employees there tonight, they still managed to leave out the cheesecake I ordered. There was a line in the drive thru so I parked and got down instead. Once I got home, I realized the food was nearly burnt, No, not nearly, it was burnt! My curly fries was a bag of the small, not curly fries that get left over at the bottom of the batch, my food was thrown in the bags carelessly, and WORST OF ALL, my cheesecake had MOLD on it!! I can’t believe I had to go back because they forgot to add it, all for a piece of moldy cake that I already paid for.
Do better Jack in the box employees, pay attention to your timers, serve your food how YOU would want it served to YOU, CHECK YOUR DAMN INVENTORY AND CIRCULATE THE FOOD! I worked at Subway for years, so I know it’s not difficult to accomplish, stop being careless.
I hope you guys get a really detailed and strict health inspector because you guys need it!

Ordered two grilled cheese sandwiches. One had no cheese, the second had cold cheese?! This happens about a third of the time, tired of it. Asked for onion on a sandwich, nothing added. You employees are taking up space. You wanted a raise, we paid for it, and you actually became worse.
