Diane(?) made our day. After getting frustrated with McD’s shift supervisor, we walked out and crossed the street for Jack in the Box instead. Diane is the total opposite… she’s very warm, friendly, PROFESSIONAL, and totally accommodating.
We came back July 4th because of Diane. She’s not around, but the manager who served us has the same demeanor… very warm, friendly, attentive, and PROFESSIONAL.
We added more food to our orders because of their excellent customer management.

Came in around 11:00am today. First, there was a homeless man sleep right in front of the Jack in the box entrance. I literally had to step over this man. Then there was no one in line, but the Hispanic lady employee was there having a conversation with a random guy. He didn’t work for Jack in the box. after talking for a while, she finally tells me I can use the self order machine. I do not like to use the self order machines. Is she getting paid to have conversations? Horrible customer service, soda machine not working. I will not be coming back here

Is that Bug Skin on my burger!? Not sure what they put in my burger but it looks like dead skin I wet it to see if it was lettuce but it looked more ashy and like a bugs skin at first I didn’t take a single bite since they placed it on top of the burger as you can see it maintained the shape of being wrapped on top of the burger bun

My son and I walked in to order. The restaurant was empty, 3 employees. No one acknowledged us. No one said, “Hello.” No one came to take our order. 5 minutes later, we walked out. My son insisted we go through the drive-thru. Wasn’t any better. I finally ordered, and they managed to get that wrong. You have 1 job! And you sucked at it! Do better.

If you haven’t tried the cluck sandwich yet, it may be a good idea in the near future. I’ve tried them at all the other places but Jack takes the prize. So good.

Didn’t help at all when my online order for pick up was taken and they took the money. Asked for a refund or at least the order to be made. And than completely dismissed me.
