I waited about 15 minutes in the drive-thru. I would have left if there weren’t three cars behind me. The girl that took my order just said, “Go ahead” without greeting me or anything. Then I just waited after I ordered because she didn’t give me the total or ask if the order was correct on the screen, so I just pulled forward. She didn’t hear part of the order, which we didn’t notice until we pulled away, and I was not going to wait another 15 minutes to fix it.
That being said, my guest reported that the Buttery Jack was the best he’d ever had, and my Chicken Fajita Pita was fantastic, loaded with hot chicken and smothered with grilled onions and veggies.
Weirdly, we received paper towels instead of napkins. They didn’t affix the drink top, so we almost had a disaster in the car, but my guest caught it just in time. And the fries were from the bottom of the basket. Mostly great food for a Jack-in-the-Box, but not very good customer service.

Service was fine. First off there was no southwest dressing for me salad, the chicken was super cold-to near it can hurt my teeth to bite. Usually when I asked for grilled they give me a decent size, mind you an actual GRILLED chicken breast. It’s the southwest salad shouldn’t the little orange crunchy be part of it? A very disappointing looking salad.

Ask quickly as i ordered 3 egg rolls, large curly fries, and 8pc nuggets they were handed to me as soon as i got to the window. (No cars in front of me) A quick lunch break turned into a not so good one. No, i didn’t go back because my lunch time isnt that long. I ate around the overcooked hard parts. Wont be revisiting this location.

I always come here after school and it’s worth it because sometimes the chicken sandwich always comes out fresh and always hits good. The Service is always nice and chill. I would recommend coming if you want a chill night and the only problem is the prices but overall it’s good.

**Update Oct 2025**, this place still sucks. Staff is completely incompetent and unable to get an order right. Wowsers why do I even come here. Have been coming here for 6 years and no matter the staff they always screw my order up 90% of the time. Always missing an item or can’t seem to get order right. Poorly trained staff.
