The Jack In The Box Redlands/Mentone is a great place to get some of Jack’s famous fast foods like I did today! A couple of great junior cheese burgers with lettuce and tomato and an order of Jack’s great old school tacos-all under for under 6 bucks! This Jack’s is one the newer ones and features free wifi and USB plug ins for the customers phones! Friendly staff,sparkling clean restaurant,large booths,clean bathrooms and ,ofcourse!,all of Jack’s famous fast foods-whats not to like?!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this Jack in the Box #5469, and let me tell you, it was an experience I won’t soon forget. mostly because I’m still trying to figure out how a fast-food drive-thru can feel like a slow-motion drama. The whole point of using a drive-thru is to grab food quickly, not to order, pay, and then be told to pull forward and wait like we’re in some kind of drive-thru purgatory. Ricardo promptly instructed us to pull forward to avoid “running up his time.” I can only assume he was on a tight schedule for a saving time contest. When he finally delivered our food, I was thrilled—until I realized we were missing sauces and napkins.
So, like any reasonable person, I ventured inside to rectify this minor oversight. To my astonishment, I was informed that extra sauce would incur an additional charge. Was served with a really rude manor and disrespectful customer service. Apparently, in this establishment, condiments are a luxury item. In summary, if you’re in the mood for a culinary adventure where you pay for the privilege of waiting and then pay extra for the essentials, this Jack in the Box is your place. Otherwise, I’d recommend exploring other dining options. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you!

I was disappointed with the Ultimate Cheese Burger last time I ordered from here. The burger I got seemed like a jr. Burger versus how it is advised.
I came back craving a burger and the tacos. This time I ordered the Double Bonus Jack Combo. The advertised picture illustrated a meaty burger. There were two patties in the sandwich, but tasted more like a cheese/veggie sandwich. What made this visit worse was the fries were stale/cold.
I’m not likely to come back to Jack and the Box if I crave a burger.

This place is fairly new so I expected to wait a little longer for my food. The first time I came here I waited about 20 minutes, second time which was a couple weeks later, there was no wait time. It’s a new place and I gave it a second chance and it was worth it. My food was good and the drive thru person was really friendly, didn’t rush me at all. When I pulled up to the drive thru I didn’t expect to be greeted so nicely at 3am, but I was.

This Jack in the box is trash!! I made a simple online order of tacos, mini tacos, and two jr jacks with cheese, when I got my order it was missing the tacos so I drove back to get them, then when I was at home eating, I take a bite of my burger and BOTH burgers are missing the PATTYS!! How do you forget to add the main ingredient of a burger?? Everytime I go to this Jack in the box my order gets messed up in some way or form but this is a new low.
