Worst Jack in the box. The staff is crazy rude. I hade to unlock my card and the drive thru lady got so annoyed she asked me to go inside to pay because they have a “timer”. Mind you I have 4 kids in my car with me. My card unlocked immediately and she still didn’t let me and even got her supervisor who didn’t even hear me out and immediately came to the window upset. This was Saturday October 4th around 330pm

Best food I’ve had from any Jack-in-the-Box! Hot & made how my husband and I ordered it. The restaurant was clean inside & the employees were friendly. Only suggestion is to put the trash can by the door in the bathroom so people can wash & dry their hands and open the door with the paper towel then throw it away – can’t do that when the trash is next to the sink therefore people have to either touch the door handle with their hand or paper towels I’m up in the floor.

Most times i go here my food is nice and fresh. Fries are crispy and sandwich hot/warm. Which is always a plus for me. Customer service seems to lack a little on most employees except a young man with a nice comb-over. He’s always the nicest one there. 10/10 customer service. Hes always smiling and polite. Other young people there who i come across are very rude. And dont seem to care about their customer service. Especially one young man with curly hair. Seems like he doesn’t like his job at all. But all in all as long as the other nice young man is there this will be my go to jack.

I went here because I received coupons in the mail. The jumbo jacks, 2 for $5, I got one day were just fine. Another day I got 2 meat lovers burritos, 2 for $7 were the bomb, great value.
