Great service most of the time. The extra sauce charge gets me tho. Some employees laugh and say they don’t charge extra but just the one time, I was charged 23 cents for 1 sweet and sour. Honestly, I’m that person who won’t ever order that egg roll again just to avoid a problem.

I love jack but they really do be lacking especially when there was no one at this specific jack in the box it was legit just me and they still managed to mess my order. I asked for no lettuce on my tacos and they also forgot to give me my drink. I barley noticed when I got home

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Jack in the Box. We were missing an item from our order, my salad was soggy and did not come with the croutons (and was also grilled instead of crispy like I ordered), and this “sriracha” burger had no sriracha sauce. My daughter was so hungry after trick or treating that she didn’t even care anymore. I tried to call the number to at least try and get my missing bacon cheddar loaded curly fries, but no one answered the phone.
