Please keep the nashville hot items. I have been to nashville and had the best there. Yours is really good and you get them properly covered. The cheese sticks seem to have a little more covering and they are the best cheese sticks period. The chicken nashville is really good. Could use a little higher covering. Please keep these items. Service here is always good. They acknowledge you when you come inside even if they are busy. Thank you. The sourdough jack is their best sandwich. The spicy chicken is also good. The teriyaki bowl is good as well.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Jack in the Box. We were missing an item from our order, my salad was soggy and did not come with the croutons (and was also grilled instead of crispy like I ordered), and this “sriracha” burger had no sriracha sauce. My daughter was so hungry after trick or treating that she didn’t even care anymore. I tried to call the number to at least try and get my missing bacon cheddar loaded curly fries, but no one answered the phone.

I love jack but they really do be lacking especially when there was no one at this specific jack in the box it was legit just me and they still managed to mess my order. I asked for no lettuce on my tacos and they also forgot to give me my drink. I barley noticed when I got home

Felt super rushed at the drive thru. I was trying to order combos for each person but I kid you not after each combo order placed the Drive Thru worker was always interrupting me with a “Is that all?” Didn’t even order more just because of that. We went somewhere else.

Absolutely love Jack in the Box. It has always been my favorite fast food of all. Love the Jumbo Jacks with cheese, tacos, and egg rolls. This particular Jack-in-the-Box is one of the best. Always clean, maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Tiffany is just awesome, funny, hard-working, and just an overall great employee. Thank you Jack in the Box for a lifetime of good food and good memories.
