The restaurant dine in waiting was long. I still received good tasting and warm food.
My coffee was perfect.
The customer service associate was very polite, friendly, and efficient.

The drive through staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Our special orders are almost always accurate. They have a wide selection of menu items, with breakfast being served all day. The food is fresh and tasty and orders are ready promptly at the window.

Just wanted to make a statement about this jack in the box. When I got there in the drive thru I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 curly fries, French toast, and lastly 10 tacos. I got home opened the bag, first thing I saw was the tacos. They were very soggy, and absolutely greasy, the bag was full of grease which was very disgusting. And don’t even get me started on the French toast, took one bite and automatically knew they were stale. And everything else was fine. This was a horrible experience for me today, and basically ruined my lunch!

Went through the drive-through my sister asked for a sweet iced coffee and that’s because they could please put for as a fake sugars in the coffee before they put the lid on the girl said no and then she said yes and then she didn’t do it and she didn’t put anything in the bag for my sister to do it directions they need to find a different job, maybe like dumping the trash cans. Then my sister wants to go use the restroom there and they had the doors locked because they didn’t have enough employee so they locked the door so my sister will never she stood there and the girl that was inside working saw her standing there and just waved her hand like hold on a minute put a finger up like wait and she never came back and she went into the restroom and she still never came back and I was in the Drive-Thru line at that time because we were in separate cars and then she was telling me about it and I was like wait a minute so I told the young man at the drive-thru, that my sister’s been waiting outside to use the restroom she got caught in the storm and she needs to go to the bathroom all the way back. He said he would take care of it, well he didn’t so she stood there and waited and I was still in line and I was still actress microphone speaker to do my order and I said please let my sister in she’s still out there. So by the time I got up to the window I said that she still out there until he stopped what he was doing and let her in and the girl before she was coming out of the bathroom so she been in the bathroom that whole time. That is scandalous and rude and just needs to be handled
