Don’t go here much but when I do I get the breakfast jack which are usually really good and fresh. The only reason I gave it a four star is because my chicken tater burger always has the white cheese all over the paper when I open it. A lot of the cheese just sticks to the wrapper instead of in my sandwich. But great service even though they are usually under staffed at night poor employees they really work really hard but good job overall.

Ordered chicken strips and had asked if the order was correct since it came in a white bag and salad box, the lady at the window gave the rudest tone and literally rolled her eyes at us when we asked if it was the strips. Did not catch her name, it happened late Sunday night on 08/17. Get her off the window if she’s so miserable and rude working here.

The manager Reina or Reyna however, is so unprofessional and extremely rude, the only reason I’m giving stars is because of the cashier Stephanie who made our experience worth it, I feel really bad for the other staff who have to deal with the manager. Reina please consider a different profession, get the jack outta there .

I went the other day and my bill came to about $12.48. I gave the cashier $22.48, but all the cash he gave me back was $7. I told him I was missing change. Words were exchanged, and I left. I tried to find a parking spot but couldn’t find any, so I went home and called the manager. She answered, and we spoke. She asked me to return the next day for the cash back. Apparently, the manager had distracted the cashier, causing the mistake.
After ending the call, I opened my food and found I had received the wrong order. I called her again to let her know. She told me she would give me a gift card for a free combo. The next morning, I did get my $3, but I had to wait 10 minutes for the combo. I wasn’t going to wait, so I left.
