It’s a Jack-in-the-Box. You’ve been to one, you’ve been to most. The food is what you can expect, the service is fast and friendly. The location is slightly inconvenient (you can only turn right when exiting), but that’s fairly trivial and not really a mark against the restaurant. I typically opt for the drive-thru experience, but the restaurant appears to be clean and comfortable inside.

Hi guys I absolutely hate eating out and when I do its because I’m absolutely tired I go to school, work full-time and I’m a mom of 6 young kids so I usually come to Jack to grab a Jack’s spicy chicken sandwich and they never fail to NOT put cheese in my food after I kindly ask and repeat my self at least twice I also like to substitute my bread for sourdough bread and this is the second time they give me uncooked bread I didn’t say nothing the first time I let it go but again are you serious I’m so beyond upset I use to work for jack in the box and there standards have dropped dramatically this is the jack Is the box in Coachella that has already done this twice not to mention the long line to wait for my food just to receive cold food my fries were cold maybe someone needs to come down from corporate to teach the people how to run the store throw the fries out after 7 minutes don’t serve people cold fries because your miserable I would have even been happy with my fries dipped back in the oil be careful out their yall this store is out to get people sick by serving people uncooked old cold food.

Overall its a good fast food restaurant with good food. They could hire a few more people though. Sometimes it seems like they leave all the load of work for one or two people, which seems greedy from Desert Jack franchise.

This place is unorganized. First of all we placed order and had us wait before the window for about five min till they make our order. I understand it’s probably due to them not wanting their timer to go off. Well they gave us our food but no fork or straw. Also I requested my food no egg and when i open to eat it it has egg. Then i wonder whats the point if stopping before window so they can do my order right. The new cheese and sausage biscuit they made was cold cold cold the cheese not even melted.

I asked for extra lettuce in my tacos and didn’t get it. I asked for no onions in my burger and they took out the lettuce and tomatoes too. Very disappointed with the food and service. The lady in drive through was not friendly at all.
