I literally just went through the drive-through I was ordering the Correct way because I used to work at Jack-in-the-Box for two years if they couldn’t hear me, they could’ve just said so I understand my truck is loud. There was no reason to give me attitude. So whoever was taking orders on the headset which it was a male and a female, Need better customer service

They don’t change their deep fryer oil often enough, so the fried food is very, very bitter. Not to mention how much more unhealthy it must be.
I practically gagged after taking one bite of a taco. Now I can’t get the taste out of my mouth.
Disgusting.
Trying to save a little money and ruining the food is a really stupid business decision!

Just went in for a chicken ranch number 13 combo. Two tacos on the side. The place was super clean. Everyone was very nice and the food was hot and delicious.

Mildly food poisoned after being a regular customer for 6 months. I ate here about once a week for the past 6 months. My previous visit will be my last, because about 20 minutes after eating my usual order, it felt like I had a living gerbil in my upper intestine furiously attempting to escape. After a stressful hour in the restroom, the complete contents of my digestive system were down the drain, and I felt relieved, but undernourished. I will not be eating here again. I would suggest you do the same.

I got home to find out that I was missing the straw my fries were raw and cold they were stuck together my meal had bun tomato and meat only,
I spend close to 20 dollars.

I was very surprised with the good service and product this morning. I stopped by this location at about 6:15 this morning. I ordered the sausage croissant and added bacon to it. The service was excellent and the croissant was so good. It looked and tasted like it was freshly made from scratch. This was a very pleasant surprise.

What you would expect from a fast food place. We have a few favorites that we order all the time. Never really order outside of our norm. I do appreciate that they actually got my drink correct. Jack in the box is one of the only places that will serve AHA sparkling water from their soda machine. A big plus in my book!
