My boyfriend and I came to eat at this location earlier today and it was a horrible experience. At first my food came out after about 10 minutes but it was the completely wrong order so they had to remake it. My boyfriend’s food was not out yet even though we ordered at the same time. After that we waited around 15 more minutes to get our food just to find out that they messed up both of our orders and gave them to someone in the drive thru. They only found out because we asked them if our order would be ready soon, if we hadn’t asked them about our order they would’ve never called our order out. The employee said it wasn’t even on her order screen anymore. Even after that complete inconvenience, not once did any employee apologize or offer any sort of compensation. Not only that, most of the staff was not friendly. I used to work fast food for years so I try to be very patient with fast food employees and I know how stressful it can get, but this experience was awful. I understand people make mistakes and that’s totally fine but the fact that we didn’t receive not even one apology or attempt to make it right even after waiting around more than 30 minutes for our food, made it a horrendous experience.

First off, I was excited to get my monster munchie meal and what I ended up getting was just 4 tacos and and a burger without my tenders and the monster tacos and no mozzarella sticks also no fries or my Halloween cup that I was excited for. They did not mention this in the Jack in the Box app or when I want to pick up my order. This is what I consider a scam and terrible service and this is not what I expect from Jack in the Box because I go often and I am nearly a number 1 customer. I am just saying this for anyone who is looking forward to trying in the new Munchie Monster Meal that is only available in this location. Please read my review and I expect no AI to respond to me.

No surprises. This location offered bilingual ordering options and got all six of our orders right. Everything was fresh and properly cooked. It made for a quick and easy stop from our Baja Border crossing. We would recommend this place.

It was honestly pretty great for a small place, definitely welcoming vibes, it’s pretty chill. The food is good but I’m sure you already knew that. The restrooms were surprisingly clean, so grateful that they take their environment serious, I’ve gone to other jack in the box places and it was just out of this world.
