Just wanted to acknowledge the staff here for such great service and efficiency! I don’t usually go to JITB, but I really wanted the Jabubu keychain and they DELIVERED!! The food was just as good too though 🙂

My first bite in California was here three years ago. Jack in the box is an absolutely amazing brand with a variety of items in their menus, fast service, and great prices. This place is still excellent now with friendly staff and decent dining room. WiFi is fast. Really like crispy and delicious their side tacos and jack wrap.

Drove out of town to get breakfast with my wife and daughter, and drove past another jack in the box for a subpar experience. The dining room was closed 8 minutes after it should’ve been opened, and absolutely every table was dirty. There was a bald gentleman behind the counter who was curt and rude and definitely didn’t want to be there, who didn’t greet me and directed me to order at the kiosk when I was just going to ask for the restroom code and didn’t listen to who my order was for after stating the name on the order three times, when it was one of only two on the pickup screen in the first place. The food was hot and fresh at least, even though I’m sure my vanilla iced coffee was missing some pumps of vanilla. On top of that, the restrooms were disgusting. Trash stained with feces and the floor smudged with Lord knows what. I shouldn’t expect a whole lot from a jack in the box, but I’m still thoroughly disappointed.

I had to wait 15 minutes for a hamburger that was somewhat cold when I got to it. The store is disgustingly dirty, there are people hanging out out front and it’s just not a very nice place. If you have to eat Jack in the box this is not the one to go to.

I asked for a “Fresh Ultimate Cheeseburger” and the cashier went back and made sure it was. It was real good. Just don’t let them slide with a burger under the heat lamp. Yes it’s fast food but it can be better than what most people eat.

All I ordered was 5 sandwiches and was told to wait around the corner after paying. Then Was given an egg with mold and got ignored when I went back inside until my sister yelled for someone to pay attention. Kim answered me very quickly saying that it’s not mold & how she works there so she knows. I work in fast food & I have seen mold before.
