Don’t normally write reviews but this experience needs some attention brought to it. I understand it’s fast food restaurant I’m not expecting five star service but at least give us some common courtesy on a human to human level. So I get to the drive-thru I tell them I’m picking up an order that I placed online and there’s like three cars ahead of me It still took me like 20 minutes just to get tonthe window because they’re taking their sweet time It seems like they don’t even care about their job. When I finally get up to the window and get my order I commit the crime of asking them for ranch and the lady had the audacity to tell me “oh next time you need to add that to your order” like treating me like I did something wrong by asking for ranch at the window are you kidding me is it really the end of the world if I ask for ranch after the fact it literally takes next to zero effort to grab a ranch pack that’s literally sitting right next to you and hand it to me.

Very basic as most locations are with lots of seating and a multiple person rest room don’t expect any privacy but was clean and accessible without a code or key so that’s always a plus. Junior jumbo Jack was the burger if choice and always great for the budget, add a buttermilk and it’s silent time until it’s gone. Can be a lotta-bit messy so dont forget the napkins ,even if it’s a smaller burger. I believe this is the only place I put buttermilk in a burger because it’s just that good and don’t be scared to try it on the tacos which makes for a taco salad kinda vibe and is Bussin-Bussin.dont knock it till you try it. Thank me later.

Difficult experience with restaurant service

On March 4 at 10:30 PM, the restaurant worker, who is of Indian origin, spoke in an arrogant and rude manner, was unprofessional, and acted in a racist way. I felt unsafe. Be careful when using this restaurant, this worker, or when placing orders, whether for delivery, purchase, or pick-up.

This restaurant was the old-style JITB style building when we moved to this neighborhood in 1967. “Talk to the Clown.” LOL. Went by recently for old time’s sake. The food and shake was good, but bring back the old-fashioned “regular” hamburgers. I didn’t want a whole Jumbo Jack…

After a terrible experience at a different, nearby Jack, this was a positively sublime experience. My friend and I were the only customers. It was clean and brightly lit. The only mark against was that the bathroom was out of TP, and a previous occupancy had pulled out dozens of disposable sanitary covers to use, and while it was thoughtful to leave many for future occupants, it would have been even more thoughtful if they had told the staff about the situation. That said, there is a sign that claims they check it every hour.

Used the drive thru and the young lady who took our order and handed it to us was very nice, helpful, and quick. This location is worth a drive. The food may be the same but not all Jacks are the same.

Terrible service. They only gave me three chicken strips, four cherry tomatoes, and the container itself is light, almost empty. Terrible service. This is supposed to be a Southwest Salad, and it doesn’t even have the amount of chicken I’ve received at other locations. Definitely avoid this Jack in the Box branch. You’re paying for poor quality.

I ordered for delivery two tacos and french fries and a Dr pepper. The tacos came, the french fries are very cold. One of the tacos were really oily this is not a place I would recommend anybody to come to. I called up there tonight to speak to someone the guy barely spoke English kept telling me no one there to talk to so this is really really bad for business if there’s a problem it can’t be corrected so this is one place that I would never order from again.
VERY POOR FOOD

I’ve always judged fast food burger chains by the quality of their fries. And here the bland fries, battered with rice flour and potato starch, are horrible. In fact, I find all “Jack in the Box” non-breakfast products to be wholly inedible — all except their tacos, of course.

By all rights, the “Jack in the Box Taco” SHOULD be bad. After all, the ground meat product and tortilla shell is produced off-site, shrink-wrapped, and shipped to Jack in the Box stores frozen, where they are then heated up by deep-frying them whole in vegetable oil. The taco, dripping with grease, is then finished by inserting shredded lettuce, a squirt of hot sauce, and a slice of cheddar cheese into the “stone-ground white corn” tortilla shell. Ingredients for these tacos that have been listed on Jack in the Box’s web site include soy, wheat, and “imitation beef extract” — whatever that is, it calls into question what the meat in the tacos actually is. Given that pet food maker Ralston Purina once owned Jack in the Box, I’m not sure I even want to know any more.

Despite being a nutritional nightmare, these greasy tacos are stupendously delicious. There’s a reason why Jack in the Box sells more than 1,000 of their tacos per minute nationwide while a higher percentage of Americans have diabetes than ever. Like an oversized fried pierogi, the outer edge of the taco is crispy while the inner, bottom region of the taco is soggy from the rendered fat co-mingling with moisture from the ground beaver meat to soften the fried tortilla. I always grab extra hot sauce packets so I can drench the taco in the style of tacos ahogado. I’ve found the optimal ratio of of hot sauce packets to taco to be 7:1.

Still, after a few hours pass and I feel those “Jack in the Box” tacos begin doing cartwheels in my stomach, I realize what a bad thing I’ve done and I promise to never, ever to do it again. Each time.

Ordered tacos WELL DONE and got some soggy old tacos. Terrible! This is the only Jack that has given me such old crappie tacos. Seems like the cook just doesn’t care.
