This is my new favorite Jack In The Box. The location is a really cute design perhaps from an old home originally. And it’s popular with others too, that’s the only downside is at peak times there’s a long line for the drive thru.
Inside there’s only two registers, and to order from a person and one kiosk. I had a little difficulty ordering just the burger not a combo from it so needed to wait to order from the other line.
If you’re a fan of JinTB tho you’ll enjoy eating here. It’s not far off the 5 or the 94 freeways.
A side point, the bathroom was clean too. It looks like it’s kept clean on a regular schedule.

Rancid expired sauces ranch, bbq and creamy avocado lime probably not refrigerated. Dry old curly fries, and burnt my jalapeno poppers not to mention they were out of the stuffed cookie and subbed it with a taco when i got 2 t pain munchie meals

This is the third Jack In The Box I have been to and it’s pretty decent… Not as big as Pacific Highway, but still just as good since this one has a far better bathroom setup. I also like that this one still has a Coca Cola freestyle machine where we can refill our cups; though basic drink selection.

Subject: Concern Regarding Service Experience at Jack in the Box #3046
During my visit to Jack in the Box store #3046, I experienced a level of service that left me concerned and uncomfortable.
When I arrived, I was not greeted. I waited for the associates to finish their personal conversation before I was acknowledged. Although my order was prepared quickly, the restaurant was empty due to the rain, so the rushed and dismissive hand-off of my food felt unnecessary. I was not offered any information about condiments or asked whether I needed sauces, despite ordering chicken strips for my dog, Molly.
After taking my food to the covered outdoor seating area, I noticed the associate who served me staring at me while she ate. Her behavior felt intrusive enough that I positioned my bag to block her view. A short time later, two additional employees came outside. One of them appeared to take a photo in my direction under the pretext of capturing store signage, despite the rain. This added to the discomfort and gave the impression that I was being watched or recorded.
The meal itself was good, but the overall experience was unsettling. As someone who grew up in this neighborhood, I’m very aware of the tensions and assumptions people sometimes hold toward Black men. I want to believe we can all do better than that. My hope is that this team reflects on how their actions can affect customers, because there are far more important challenges in the world than treating each other with suspicion.

drove out of the way to be told we couldn’t order because there system had to get ready to switch to breakfast,and then waited for the car in front of us to pay for his order that apparently wasn’t affected by the nonsense they spewed ,if the system was switching over as he insisted,they wouldn’t be able to charge them.it ain’t no fun if the homies cant have nun

It’s a safe atmosphere with security onsite at times.
