August 5, 2024 Someone in a grey shirt black pants lied and said my burgers were just prepared from the frozen patties as I requested. I had them make them over per my original order. Gloves were not changed per my request. They also wrapped my bunless burger in the paper sandwich wrap instead of in a container. My table was not clean. A drunk patron dropped a milkshake. Staff and management hadn’t cleaned it after 15 minutes. The drive through and restaurant were not crowded. /My food was very good, and correctly made to order. Two employees were very apologetic about my long wait, but continued to keep me waiting, easily five minutes, to take and fulfill drive thru orders. At that point, proper customer service would have been to comp me an item for the purposeful wait. Because it was their choice to prioritize the drive through orders over my order. The restaurant tables and floors were dirty.

They gave my order to the wrong person, and said they showed them the cell phone order saying they were me. I didn’t get a refund from them or any replacement food, and since I ordered online with a coupon, that coupon is gone now.

My husband and I went to get our dinner here this evening and we had the absolute worst experience with the workers and they’re really bad attitudes. Our order was a couple chicken sandwiches, a burger, and some tacos and for some reason they made it seem like that was the biggest inconvenience ever. We asked for sauce at the Voice box they instructed us to ask at the window. We did and they proceeded to ask us to pull up and when we got our meal and got home, we realize there was no sauces. I took a bite into my taco and the inside was cold… The fries we got were very stale and things just seemed to be thrown together carelessly. Waste of money, waste of time should’ve gone somewhere else ( For contacts, we only live three minutes down the street from this Jack in the Box so it’s not like our food was sitting for very long before we started to eat)

I had just ordered some food only to be super disappointed. I’ve always enjoyed the egg rolls from jack and had got some tonight. Instead of fresh ones I got burnt ones, with the whole fryer in the bag. I’m tired of spending my money and time on sub par. Have better expectations and standards. The gentleman working the window was nice and respectful. Do better JACK. Like you looked at these and said they are okay. Unacceptable.

If we order bacon cheddar potato wedges, do you think we really want bacon and cheddar on those wedges? We do.

this jack in the box has the sweetest service. One of the night employees is the most polite person ever. The morning crew made sure I had everything in my bag and asked if we wanted extra utensils. They’re genuinely so nice every time. They hardly make mistakes and always get my sauce packets as requested too. they just seem to pay attention more than other locations I frequent. Everyone seems very nice and on their game. 🙂

Is hit or miss, I keep coming back despite the fact that they’ve got my order wrong plenty of times. But I live so close to this place and I can understand during rush hour at times they really are low on manpower so I cut this place a break.

I feel this place is a 3 star just cause the food in general isn’t bad, but I ordered an iced coffee and they hardly fill it with actual iced coffee and cheat me out with more iced cubes than coffee. I get wages going up but cheating the customers isn’t the way to go in the long run.
