I recently moved from Orange County, where most Jack in the Box locations aren’t open 24/7. The food here has always been great, and the service is excellent. The wait time is usually short, so you can get your order quickly and be on your way. I also really appreciate the wide variety of food options available!

It’s okay. Kind of disappointing. I ordered a jumbo Jack with cheese combo. They shrank the burger big time. It almost look like a slider. Fries are okay and a refillable coke. The location in Poway is good because they don’t have locked up bathrooms and they do have condiments out. Unlike the ones in Escondido these Jack in the boxes up in Escondido lock up the bathroom and they don’t have condiments or napkins. This one in Poway does have all the regular things. It’s average. I guess I’d rate it as a C. $11 and change for a a combo. This was as of September 3rd.

Apparently employees make up hours of operation , was looking forward to tacos and was met with two locked doors at 10:30pm, I would understand if they were busy n short staffed but they were standing by drive thru window chit chatting, I asked them if I could please order through window since I was in semi and they rudely said no, I’ve always been told employees are only as good as management apparently management here is lacking

I’ve been to this restaurant a few times, and it never disappoints. The pizza is thin, crispy, and loaded with flavor. I especially love the one with prosciutto and arugula. Staff always treats you like a regular, even if it’s your first time. Love that.

Here’s just another example of how restaurants are trying to rob everybody. I walked into this place. It used to be two tacos is $.99 maybe a few years ago nowadays are charging two dollars and a quarter for the lowest grade tacos that I have ever seen seriously they’re not even as good as street tacos they’re fried pieces of meat that’s very low-grade beef. Why would they charge $2.25I couldn’t believe it. I only had 10 bucks to my name so I told her see ya and I’m glad I kept the money. Let me tell you.

When I arrived, the drive thru menu was down. I had to go inside to order. Not a big deal. However, I did have to ask the person taking orders to please use gloves when “you” are handling my sandwich. He assumed and reassured me that the 2 ladies making the food, are wearing gloves, to which I pointed out him specifically about gloves. He noted he had just washed his hands but he was also going back and forth to take orders.
Also, I would not recommend going to this location if you want individual items itemized such as $.60 for cheese on tacos and from a $4.99 breakfast platter to $6.39 or so. There is another location in the area with standard pricing and good deals.
This used to be my preferred location and I am sad to say it is no longer.

I appreciate the manager here he is so kind and will see it on the picture I shared. One of the best branches I visited for I was short of few cents and he said it is ok and was so friendly.
