I ordered my food from there kiosk. So minimal Interaction was necessary with someone. I got my food within 3 minutes or so. The place was nice and clean. The cashier was polite when giving me my food and asked if I needed anything else. Restrooms where clean and there is plenty of parking. I believe they close there inside dinning very late, 12am.

The worker Kevin does not speak English. I wanted to order and I had to ask 5 times if they had any bottled drinks, Kevin did not understand the question but eventually got exasperated and said “YES SIR!” when I asked if their Dr. Pepper was bottled.
When I picked up my order, it was of course not bottled. I said, I didn’t want the drink and he got upset, cancelled my entire order and closed the window. I waited like 5 minutes until he decided to come back and asked for his name, he should me his tag and said “DO YOU WANT TO TAKE A PICTURE?!”
Happened on December 25th at 12:40 am.

A Jumbo Jack now costs $6.29 and the quality is unbelievably poor. It looks like someone stepped on it. Jumbo Jacks used to be bigger and they used to come in cardboard boxes. Now they are much smaller and are just wrapped in paper. What happened? How can the price increase yet the quality decreases? This burger is not worth $6.29. I will not be back here again. Extremely disappointing.

Yesterday, I visited this restaurant and unfortunately witnessed very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from the cashier toward a delivery driver. The cashier spoke to him in a rude and disrespectful manner, ordering him to step back and move away. It was clear that the driver did not understand the language well and did not say a single word, yet the cashier continued to treat him poorly. The behavior came across as extremely rude and discriminatory. This kind of attitude reflects badly on the restaurant and creates an uncomfortable environment for both customers and workers. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures respectful and fair treatment for everyone.

Many places do not front counter help these days. This location was slammed and I needed help being a senior n all, I felt bad to have to ask a question they were working to make the orders. These guys did hustle but I think JACK needs to take a pay it because your abusing these cooks.

Wow, what happened Jack in the box? I’m really disappointed. I think, um, uh. No words. I haven’t stopped at a Jack in the box in 3 months.
Last year I ate there three days out of the week, ( average of $40.) Because I travel so much it’s convenient there’s always a box in the area. This year, the quality of food, the price and now you want me to use a tablet to order my food. Remember, it’s the customer service that leads people to you. Sorry I hope things change for you.

Terrible drive-through customer service, I ordered a platter and ask for coffecreamers and Splenda and utensils and they didn’t give me utensils to eat my platter or stirrer to stir my coffee, I had to drive twice back to the restaurant at, 6:20 am and at 7 am. Ended up eating my food cold as Ice and the employee gave me attitude like if I was on fault for coming back to get the things needed for the consumption of the food.

I gave this place 1 star due to their drive thru service line. I ordered and waited for more then 8 mins tops due to the customers in the front of me. Either they weren’t getting their orders right or they just wasn’t satisfied but waiting 1 car behind is too slow for my experience in drive thrus.
