Edit: Upon reading other reviews, this is not an uncommon issue here. Soooo fix it. Stop telling people that you don’t want to make us wait and, i dunno, stop making us wait. And (this is specifically for the owner) don’t yell at the employees bc you refuse to adequately staff your store.

EVEN if you ask… the manager was super nice, but she was told customers have to use a kiosk that..
provides ZERO ADA visual impaired help for the blind….
I will be filing a formal complaint with ADA.gov
Jack in the Box sadly has now decided that profit and automation is more important than workers and customers
This will be my last trip to Jack In The Box ever until they fix this

what a colossal waste of time your link was..
I followed your prompts, and at no point did it make any effort to actually contact me, nor is your system set up that way..
It is obvious you only replied to my post to have some plausible deniability of the system that you have set up
Once again, until you fix your system, I will no longer spend a dime at Jack In The Box.. and I encourage anybody who reads this to do the same until Jack in the Box sets their priorities straight

Food was good and came out quickly. The ordering kiosk wasn’t working and the front wasn’t staffed, but after a short wait someone from the drive-through helped us place our order.

Staff was nice and welcomed me in. Ordered from the kiosk. Got my food fairly quickly. Bathroom was clean and so was the dinning area. Food was good. Plenty of parking.

I don’t know why, but this is the slowest Jack in the Box in the neighborhood. I’ve been here 4 or 5 times, never more than 3-4 cars in drive thru, no on inside, and still 15-20 min waiting. Cars in front of us were just getting a bag or two of food, so its not that. I mean, I had enough time to get annoyed and decide to write this review, then I wrote the review while waiting. Even to order, waiting at the speaker box took me talking to 3 different employees and waiting 4 min just to order a soda and be on my way. Would have been faster to drive to any other jack in the box and come back. I recommend corporate look into what’s wrong with tbis franchise.

Jack in the Box is the leader currently in the burger joint market in my book. Not only are they pretty consistent with product, they are very efficient in delivering the service as well. I’ve always stopped at the one on Lake Jennings exit as this is the closest to home for me, plus the gas station next to.it. Very good prices & a good product to satisfy my cravings – oh, by the way, the fries are always fresh! This location on Broadway cor. Ballantyne St. , El Cajon is right on the corner, very easy access & visibility. Great staff as well, friendly, courteous & fast. Definitely our go to Burger always!!!
