It’s a good spot to get a quick meal at and the lady that took our order was kind yet professional. Standardized quality says it all for the food. The coffee was pretty good. The small churros were crunchy.

The worker who is not a manager, “FRANCISCO” is extremely rude and obviously angry, is ignorant and aggressive causing him to be violent to women customers it appeared to me. National city police did not take him into custody after being told woman wanted to press charges, have him arrested but they disregard her command and didn’t even try to detain him at all. Woman seemed to be a young girl and may have been with child. She was getting a lot of fluids and had a camel pack on. It’s extra shiny for a reason.

I’ve been to numerous Jack in the Box locations all over the place. However, this specific location is different from others- the customer service is so great, unlike the typical service you get from fast food. And the food is SO GOOD! You can tell they care. My spicy chicken sandwich was so warm, crunchy on the outside and the chicken was perfect from the inside. I’ve gotten this particular sandwich many times and it has never tasted this good! The fries were perfection! This is a special type of location. Two thumbs up! Keep up the great work and service!

Not a bad place with my experiences during the afternoon. But by far the most soggy tiny tacos I ever had from a jack in the box. Please let the morning staff know to keep them in the fryer longer please. Also to refrigerate the avocado sauce for it or something. It looked like it was expired or if it sat in the heat too long. Had brown oil on top and the sides and almost looked like rotten milk no offense. Just trying to help and not get people sick. Besides that, the burgers are amazing and keep up the good work!

Today I walked in to Jack in The box I was placing my order on the screen and I was having a hard time because it was not working 5 minutes later the manager told me the machine is not working I asked her can I have six tacos fresh the ones that he’s about to make cuz I’m driving far the manager didn’t like it she didn’t respond to me they make 6 fresh tacos and she only gave me 4 and two old ones I told her ma’am I asked you for six hours you only giving me 4 and two more that you had already there she said sir everything we make here is fresh and I told her but if I just asked you for six tacos fresh what seems to be the problem I am paying for them I told her why don’t you just please cancel my order Angelina give me back$4.15 I told her my total was $5. 85 she argue with me saying that I only pay $4.15 and I said I pay you with two pipes because it was $585 did she look at the receipt and she had a hard time looking for the key and at the end she only give me $5 and I said you still owe me $85 but you know what just forget about it I’m not coming back here.

I drive back home from 9 min away and my fajita looks like that once I pull it out the bag. This is forsure not how it should come out looking like. Also, usually my fajitas are warm, not cold af and comes out looking like a ball

Most employees here are friendly & courteous. The food is average, but it is jack, so I don’t expect much. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful.
