This was honestly one of the most impressive dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, especially the fries, which were cooked to perfection. Every item we ordered came out hot, flavorful, and beautifully consistent. You can really tell the manager takes pride in running this place the right way, and it truly shows in the quality and service. It’s so refreshing to find a spot that gets everything right. This place definitely deserves more recognition and a solid five stars from me.

DIRTY, I went in today to pick a mobile order I placed, went to use their bathroom upon arriving , their faucet seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned for days, you could see pubic hair and all kinds of spit ranging color yellow green god knows what, there were lots of grime too all over the floor etc . Their food and costumer service leaves a lot to be desired as well

We really appreciated the care and attention given our family during this visit. The restaurant was clean and inviting. The bathrooms were very clean. My kids loved the cool all-in-one sinks. The staff were friendly and attentive. When we asked about ingredients for allergens, the cashier went to check labels for us. He even came to check on us halfway through our meal to see how things were and if everything was okay. Nicely done!

Best customer service I’ve ever gotten from a fast food restaurant. I ordered my burger without mayo and then added “or that other sauce” thinking of those creamy sauces some places have. The cashier asked if I meant mustard or ketchup since that was the only other 2 sauces that came on it. I asked for just ketchup, “but please only a little cuz I don’t want it to gush or squirt out”. I then turned to run to the restroom and he gently reminded me I needed to pay- oops I was focused on getting to the toilet before I peed my pants or something. The bathroom was clean and well kept and featured the coolest sink. It had from left to right the soap dispense, the faucet and then a dryer (see photo).
The burger was cooked perfectly and had just the right amount of everything.
Thank you to the cashier who was so helpful and didn’t make me feel bad trying to run off before I paid! You and the person who made my cheeseburger really made my day today, I appreciate you!

It was just a drive thru trip. But this is a good location. They have polite customer friendly employees, even when I can’t make up my mind… . This place is pretty good for fast food as it is a fast food restaurant. The prices are very good and I tried today they’re brand new carne asada fries… They are not very expensive at all ( only $3) but they were not that good either I rather go to a Mexican restaurant for carne asada fries and chips. This is not a bad reflection on Jack in the Box but it is out of their wheelhouse.

I love Jack in the Box, but to be honest, this location isn’t where I want to eat. First of all, you have to order everything from a tablet, and the staff seems reluctant to interact with customers. It feels like they were instructed not to engage with clients. The atmosphere is quite unwelcoming, and to top it off, I ended up with an upset stomach after eating there.

usually a really nice place if you want something fast and still nice, even if its not the greatest. however, last night after working a long shift, i ordered a sourdough jack, and when i got home, found this. of course i still ate it, but i just wish they put .5% more effort into the food they give to people to eat. like huh? they have really good curly fries, and i know this is literally fast food, but this was just sad. ill still go to this location, but please do better PS no it wasnt busy

70% of the time I come here they mess up my order I just went their today around 1220 nightime 1 munchies meal spicy chicken with Halfie fries 1 large sprite and 1 extra order of tacos , not that hard but guess what they claimed my extra tacos were in the box, they were not. as usual it’s the young dumb workers who get it wrong this time It was some gumpy looking guy with glasses . This place has the worst service yet they expect to get paid $20/hr I went here last week and they gave me cold tacos along with the wrong soda I called left a voicemail and went back since they don’t know how to answer the phone and I got new tacos , like the pic I post this food belongs in the garbage along with their service , I advise everyone that buys here check your food before you leave. P.s. they always give you the wrong soda or flat nasty soda
