Okay today’s server was very quick and professional. I do like the touch ordering system at any place. I got excited to see they brought back the chicken supreme, it was a winner! I would order it again flavorful worth the money (double). I was hungry.

I am not a fan of fast food but I do needed to grab something to eat fast and compare to other places, I found this place very lovely, clean and with a kind service. So, at least it got me out of rush.

I always stop by late at night, and Alex makes the drive-thru experience a 10/10 every time—even at 2 a.m.! His customer service is genuine, accommodating, and professional. You can tell he really cares about the customers, and that kind of consistency at that hour deserves recognition. Big shoutout to Alex for making late-night Jack in the Box runs the best!

UPDATE 01/06/2025: New Year, same sorry service. 5 minutes after they should be open there’s people in line and no one taking orders.
Update 11/13/25: Used to be a really great place for early morning food, but the person there now doesn’t understand half of what is said to him and was 15 min late taking orders because he was asleep.
Clean, fresh food, and polite staff. I recommend.

Have had good experiences here.. well once. 2nd time I came back, barely gave any BBQ sauce, gave me a reg fry when I very clearly stated curly. Then the kid working the drive thru was rude when I brought it to his attn.

I just went to this location to try the “Smash Jack” burger. At the drive-thru, I saw a picture of the Smash Jack and I ordered the Smash Jack. The woman taking the did not know what a Smash Jack was and kept trying to sell me a more expensive burger that I did not order. I explained that was looking at the picture of the burger and wanted but she just kept ignoring me and referring to the burger she wanted me to have. Finally, I got so frustrated that I just left. I will never go back.

Wow, the popcorn chicken was absolute TRASH. Rock hard, I couldn’t even feed it to my dog.
Horribly rude employees as well. Second time we go and the employees are rude and shut the window on you, after they forget to give you half your order as well. I’m sure you guys can find better with $20 an hour.
I’m just annoyed, prices are sky high and the food is completely inedible. Bye Jack, you use to be the goat, but I won’t be returning ever again. I’ll stick to the Wendy’s across the road!

I’m out side the restaurant on 09/03/23 its 1:51 pm and the restaurant is close, only drive trough, on line it says open, there is an open sign out side, there are customers waiting out side, but are not let in. I use ebt and they dont take it at the drive trough
Update: I have been contacted by JIB, but I would like to mention, that regardless of this instance, this JIB is my favorite, staff is very friendly, place is always clean, as well as the bathrooms, I always get my food on time, I’ve never had an issue with customer service, I usually dont order much, but at least 2 times a day, and I even used their jack pack app witch is amazing because they have you’re food ready as soon as you get there, and on Tuesdays you get free tacos with what ever you order on line, anyway just wanted to put out there that customer service is always amazing to me
