Extremely disappointed with this visit. We waited over 20 minutes for our order, and when it finally came out, the quality was terrible. The onion rings were barely there, hardly any in the order, and about half of them weren’t even edible.
To make matters worse, there was no cheese on any of our burgers, despite paying an additional $7 for extra cheese. That’s not a small mistake.
Also Customer service was basically nonexistent, and we weren’t the only ones stuck waiting. There were multiple customers standing around for long periods with no communication or updates. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and not what I expect as a paying customer.

Ordered via mobile, but when I arrived my order wasn’t ready due to items not being available. There were only 2 other parties in the restaurant, but the place was filthy. Dirty tables and the restroom appeared 3rd world (see photos). They seemed to be incredibly slow. I asked for a cup for water and the worker went around the corner and just stood there. When I went around the corner to get a view of him, he saw me checking and finally grabbed a cup for me.

I haven’t been inside a fast food restaurant in a while, but this was much more depressing than I remember. The meals were all over $10 and I didn’t even want to finish my burger. The soda fountain was broken and I saw possibly the least inviting fireplace I’ve ever seen. Next time I’m in the area I’ll eat the old hotdogs at 7-11 next door.

Seems every time I come to this jacks they’re missing something. I ordered via mobile today and had selected another location but my birria tacos were removed at checkout since unavailable. Wanted them so changed to this location and checkout was smooth. In the drive thru they told me they didn’t have them here either and substituted with standard. Server was nice, apologetic, and friendly. Was hugely disappointed in the $10 bacon ultimate cb. BKs bacon king is way better for the same price.

I have had many messed up orders. Even today they messed up my two taco with extra lettuce and hot sauce. When I receive my order, it was literally just meat inside the crispy taco so I had to turn back around. When I did, I asked for my receipt and I was just met with oh they accidentally threw it away and their machine was broken so the can’t print it again. I hate that the absolute worst location is the only one near me. If can go to other locations before this one please do.

I really wanted to give you ZERO stars…. But anyhow… I ordered a grilled chicken salad.. the cucumber was mushy … the entire salad smelled like the lettuce has gone bad… lettuce was brown and obviously already bad! Whoever was in charge of making these salads, obviously saw this.. and still thought it was a good idea to sell it!! Disgusting!!

I ASKED FOR A Fountain drink cup and lied saying they were out, even though there was a good stack of Fountain drink cups just sitting in the racks even though other customers were getting there drinks even after I asked 3 times for a drink while other people order there food and thier drinks.

What a rip off. Had a Bacon double smashed Jack burger combo and it sucked. First $15 bucks for a burger fries and soda was way too much for this. The picture on the menu of the burger made it look big, juicy and stuffed with big bacon coming out of the bun. False advertising. It was two pieces of over cooked dry meat patties and bacon so thin and small I had to open the bun to see if they forgot the bacon. So poorly made I wouldnt suggest anyone to order this. Dont waste your money ! There are better places to go to get a great smash burger… just not at Jack in the Box.

We visited on 8/16/25. We order at 7:27 Pm or first order. We placed a second one at 7:36 pm. It took more than 20 mins to get the first order. They call us to give us the second order first. And I ask fot the first one and they said I’m sorry its already ready they gave me my order. But when I went to my table I noticed they forgot to give 2 tacos. Which I ask them and said Im sorry and gave me my tacos. There were not a lot of people dining in. I don’t know why they took a lot of time to get our order. There was a women who was there first and she order french fries and ask them she was missing fríes. It only contain a few french fríes. They also apologize saying she had to wait for new fríes. I don’t know if the employees were new or not.
