If you want top notch service, and food, you Must check out this Jack in the Box at this location…Elda and Jose are excellent leaders and displayed that throughout my entire visit there yesterday. I ordered my meal and within a very short wait time, my food was freshly cooked and delicious. Thank you Jose, Elda, and the entire crew for bringing back the HIGH QUALITY of Service, Food, Cleanliness, and personal touch. You are all very appreciated for all you do! This restaurant treats its customers with shocking disrespect. I witnessed an elderly person being verbally berated simply because she didn’t know how to open the bathroom door—an incident made even more disturbing by the fact that the person doing the yelling claimed to be the manager. To make matters worse, there was a hair in my food, but I was too afraid to speak up for fear of receiving similar treatment. Both the customer service and the food quality were absolutely unacceptable.

When you go there twice in one month and each time two weeks apart they make a mistake on your order. They want me to keep coming back so they canfix it , I talked to the manager and I told him Im tired of having to keep coming back . Im pregnant and on my lunch break . I had to throw half my food out and still end up hungry due to these repeated mistakes. He said “I dont know what to tell you” I would hope as a manager you get better training then saying those words. Because I can think alot of other things. Like I will address why these mistakes keep happening SOMETHING ELSE, anything but saying ” IDK WHAT TO TELL YOU “.

After 15 years of excellent customer service we had a bad customer service experience , We placed an online order right before pulling up, allowing me to browse the menu while I wait in line, never has it been a problem and I get my points and it avoids anyone getting my payment information. I was attended by Blanca who seemed annoyed from the start by my order. I was asked to park on the side since because the order had just been placed , when I asked what different it made if my order was online or in person I was rudely told she couldn’t snap her fingers and have my food ready. I hope corporate can re train Blanca to handle customers, I immediately felt uncomfortable and cancelled my order fearing tampering to my food. Drove 4 minutes to the next Jack in the Box and had no problems.
