On January 15, 2026, around 8:00 PM, I had an unpleasant experience at Jack in the Box #3566 in Rosemead.
While asking about coupon usage and offering to separate orders, the cashier responded in a mocking and sarcastic manner, made inappropriate comments, and physically tore coupons apart.
Her tone and facial expressions were unprofessional and humiliating. More concerning, my child felt frightened by the interaction and asked why the employee spoke that way.
This was not about being denied a promotion, but about a lack of basic courtesy and professionalism. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training.

Really poor customer service. Waiting 30 minutes in a drive thru line for a mobile order pickup at 10:15pm with is absolutely ridiculous. Staff are super unprofessional as well.

Awful bad service by the team leader in charge of the night shift . A short Mexican lady . Since the moment I arrived to the speaker box she was verry rude and kept on getting my order wrong. She made me feel rush as I was ordering . As I pulled to the window to pay . Indeed she was rude and I repeated my order once again to make sure she had gotten correct in Spanish and in English and she was so bother by it. Made the transaction verry unpleasant. When I was handed my food she was rude I ask her for my receipt and gave it to me all rude. Once we got home we indeed noticed she placed my order wrong I asked for a starlight meal with burger no cheese since my daughter is allergic to cheese and the burger came with cheese. Leaving my daughter with no dinner.it’s so disappointing having to come all the way bk home and not able to enjoy your dinner .

Walked in today to avoid long line in drive through, huge mistake. Took 15 minutes for 2 shakes and a variety pack. Mozzarella stcks stale, strawberry shake a joke. Swirls of red thats the strawberry shake.
