This Jack in the Box location has had ongoing issues for years with homeless individuals occupying the parking lot, engaging in drug use, drug sales, and leaving the area unsanitary. Customers are left without safe or available parking spaces, and the environment feels unsafe to walk through. Despite these problems being persistent for years, management and the company have failed to take meaningful action. This creates a serious concern for customer safety and public health. It reflects poorly on the brand and demonstrates a lack of accountability or care for the community.

At the drive thru during midnight shift the dude kept rushing my order and continuously talking over me putting the wrong order on the screen while asking ANYTHING ELSE , I order two orders of tiny tacos and curly fries with my combos , with a rushed job I received neither of those items correctly, I was given tiny tacos with no sauce and one with , i recieved old/cold straight fries & I received no napkins with my food that is essential when ordering take out

This was by far the dirtiest and unfriendliness place I’ve been. The tacos had no sauce. The dining room no beverage station. You couldn’t use restroom they were out of order so I’d like to know where they go. The windows were disgusting. The dining room dirty luckily I’ve got wipes to clean table. I don’t have a car and bus don’t Go very often so when I do chose Jack in the box it’s usually the app everything was fine until today Saturday morning 11:08am after sleeping in I decided hey I will order me Jack in the box breakfast I decided Ultimate breakfast Sandwich Combo with coke checkout chose payment weird message tiny box payment failed check information or try again my total order should of been only $21.33 delivery fee and taxes ok fine this glitch of payment failed happened 12 times. Apparently every time I tried to submit it was charging 21.33 I Lost a total of $295.33 on a $21.33 order basically my bank account went from 445 to 151 in mere minutes. I had to contact the bank now I’m waiting until Wednesday to see what happens. Tried to find a working phone number for Jack in the box customer service couldn’t locate one so forget about taking to a human all I could do email at hey Jack.com. Needless to say I don’t think I will be ordering Jack in the box anytime soon. I can’t afford to be out almost $300

This place is disgusting. I came here to pick up a Doordash order and when I arrived, there was a homeless woman at the counter talking to herself and two dirty pieces of dirty clothing on the floor. The staff didn’t pay any attention to it. While I was waiting for the order, a homeless man walked in and asked an employee if he could use the restroom. The employee told him the restroom was “backed up” and when the homeless man doubted him he said “I’m deadassed”. When I got the order, another homeless woman walked in and tried to ask me to buy her something. Needless to say, that was my last order for that day.
