Food was awful. I couldn’t even eat it after a long day of work. I just wanted something to eat. You know real quick cause I can’t cook because I just now left work. I ordered my food four minutes before I got there and the food wasn’t ready until about 15 minutes And when I got my food, the mozzarella sticks were cold. I had to shake it up to get the sauce all over it cause they didn’t do that part and then the sandwich I said no mayo. It was mayo on it. I tried to wipe it off, but it wasn’t good so I didn’t even eat the food. It’s cold and I don’t like cold food I don’t I feel like if I pay for my food, I should get what I paid for.

I’ve actually had consistent issues with this location. Ranging from rude service at the drive-through, missing items, and overall general inconvenience with pretty much EVERY visit.
I know I’m the 0.01% when I say this but the location is not 24/7 lol they close from 3-4am. I just think that should be stated somewhere as to not waste time.
EDIT: holy crap after reading some reviews it seems this location. CONSISTENTLY closes at random times. I will be escalating this issue.

I visited this location on November 29 between 11:40 and 11:45 PM, and unfortunately it was a terrible experience. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable during a simple food pickup. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and imagine what the employee might have been dealing with, but the way I was treated was unacceptable.
They were dismissive, rude, and made me feel like my presence was an inconvenience. When I received my food, it felt as if it was thrown at me rather than handed with basic courtesy. Overall, I left feeling unwelcome and disrespected. Absolutely a 1-star experience.

Are you kidding me! 100 degrees outside and 100 degrees inside as well? I’m so disappointed with this Jack in the box. So disappointed I will never come back. From the dirty dining room to the self serve Coke machine not working 100 degrees inside the dining room ?$15.00 for a combo chicken Sandwich! Shame on you Jack in the box! I should have went up the street to McDonald’s man I should have went to McDonald’s!

The damn lady inside told us to give her a moment and an hour later told us they’re closed, like dawg y’all are 24 hours and how are you gonna make us wait an hour to inform us you’re closed? Hire some workers that actually work, the grave yard shift gotta go.

Giving this jack in the box 1 star because they’re always messing up our order and today specifically I simply asked for an 8pc chicken nuggets and instead was given 2pc chicken strip with fries thrown inside! will never get food from this place again! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

There was a crazy dude outside the drive thru. Jack n the box took 45 minutes to get our car food ready. They also did a shift change in the middle of our order. Was not worth the wait since we already paid. Too many angry customers honking, but nothing we could have done. Not sure what Jack in the box could have done but the food should have taken max 5 minutes to get ready.
