Overall terrible experience. Customer service representative was being rude and couldn’t seem to understand that I had multiple items in my order. Speaker box seemed like it wasn’t working also. Got my order and came home. To find out my order was wrong! And my fries tasted stale as if they were made yesterday. To make matters worse the “friendly” employee there didn’t even give me a receipt. So I wouldn’t go to this location at all bad service/bad equipment and the amount of homeless individuals that linger around makes me question so many things about this establishment. I for one like Jack in the box but this establishment does not meet the standards of what it is supposed to be. Disappointing

I came in just before closing and the service was friendly. Although it was late, the young lady that helped me was very nice in taking my order and the service was fast. I’m glad to say if I’m in the area again, I will come back to this location.

Came here yesterday for a late night boba milk tea and went home only to find out it was a coffee. I decided that I didn’t want to drive back and came here again tonight to buy a milk tea and not bring yesterday up of course. The cashier gives me my change balled into the receipt then the coins fall under my car. Right after he then tried shoving the drink into my car implying that I am not supposed to care about the change that fell I told him to hold as I might not be able to find what fell and he walks off. Sure didn’t find whatever fell but at least it wasn’t dollars. He was very rude and the name on the receipt is Benjamin D. Location not recommended. I wouldn’t have written a review if he didn’t shove my drink into my face.. forget about the pennies that fell. :/

I don’t eat here often but i remember when they gave you 5 chicken nuggets and they were much bigger. Note you get smaller sizes and less quantity. Shame.

Just finished leaving this spot. I dont know if the speaker is broken or something but the employee could not hear me and was being rude towards me . She was speaking in a tone to try and make it seem like she was mocking me . I received my food but did not eat it . I feel like it was messed around eith so I threw it away . Horrible experience .

Came to drive through to order, started ordering than the guy taking my order said hold on a minute I said sure ok and I waited 2 -3 minutes total and finally said hello are you ready to take our order? He said “does it look like I’m ready to take your order” then I thought he was joking because the way he said it, so I said man you shouldn’t be working at jack in the box you should be a famous comedian as a complement, he said you know what your order is canceled and when I got to the window I asked him why is my order getting canceled for he wouldn’t open the window or talk to me I was trying to talk to the manager, very unprofessional!
