I came from ordering through the drive thru and they made me wait in front of the screen 10 mins. The car in front of me waiting that much as well. By the time I finished ordering it had already been 20 minutes in line at the drive thru. Once I got to the window, the lady team leader gave us some very bad attitude. They once we left we find out our fries are missing and no receipt was in the bag. Then we open our taco and there is no meat in any of them. Jack in the box what is going on ! The tacos had absolutely no meat, just lettuce and cheese. The team leader did mention she only had 2 workers. If that’s the case then give them more employees to deal with your customers because it was the worst attitude ever.

I had to repeat my order 4 times and she still got it wrong. I got charged extra for cheese when she forgot it??? She took everything off my sandwhich so it’s just bread and meat

Spent $30! For a non toasted sourdough Jack. Toasting it myself. Gave me a cheesecake instead of a chocolate cake. Had us pull to the side for our food and it was cold! And to top it off, did not offer us any sauces and we got nuggets as one of our orders. Horrible!

Came around 3:20pm no one in the drive threw and two customers inside already eating. Waited 5 min just to order and then another 10 mins to get my food that wasn’t even what I ordered. I’m done with this jack in the box it’s been crap for years.

On Saturday, I placed a mobile order for Jack’s Party Bundle. After waiting over 20 minutes for my order in the drive thru line and being honked at, I got home to realize my order was missing a taco and 2 chicken sandwiches. On top of that the tacos I did receive had lettuce in them even though I customized my order to not have lettuce. I tried calling Jack in the Box and there was no answer, so my husband went back to Jack in the Box only to be told they don’t have that special so they can’t do anything about it. He asked to speak to the manager and they said she doesn’t speak English. My husband would have tried communicating with her because he can speak a little Spanish, but she refused to come talk to him. The cashier said she just got there and that her manager said she can’t give him the missing items because they don’t sell that package there. When my husband got back home I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. I was told there was no manager and that I would have to go in the next day. I explained the situation and let me know we are a family of 5 and that I had 3 hungry children And that I just wanted my items and they said I would have to wait until Sunday to talk to a manager. I then asked if I could have my money back since I didn’t receive my full order and they said I had to wait to talk to a manager. The person I talked to on the phone said her name was Andrea. Terrible customer service. It’s now Tuesday and I have not heard anything back from their customer service even though I reported the issue on Saturday.

I went to this Jack in the box a few weeks ago and ordered a meat lovers breakfast burrito. There was lettuce in it and it completely changed the flavor of the burrito so I threw it out. I called and the young man that answered offered to replace it but honestly it was late n I was already home. So I said I would come another day. I returned on Friday 2/16/24 to place an order and asked if I could also get that burrito. There were 3 young men working and a lead Andrea.. Andrea was beyond rude and giving dirty looks and taking under her breath so I couldn’t understand the stuff she was saying. The kid at the window was polite and the other two they were twins were also polite. I understand places are short staffed, and they deal with jerks all day. But this lady here needs another job . She should not have been leading those kids. It honestly should have been the other way around. I live down the street from this Jack in the box, but will be taking a longer drive to go to another one .
